ಚಿನ್ನಪ್ಪನವರ ಮಾತು ತುಂಬಾ ಮೆದು.ಇವರು ಮಾಡುವ ಅಡುಗೆ ಕೂಡ ಹಾಗೆ.ಇವರು ಮಾಡುವ ಚಿಕನ್ ಬಾಯಿ, ಚಪ್ಪರಿಸಿ ತಿನ್ನಬಹುದು ಹಾಗೆ ಕರಗಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ.ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಊಟ ಮಾಡಿದವರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ.ಚಿನ್ನಪ್ಪನವರು ತುಂಬಾ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಗೆದ್ದವರು. ವೆಜ್ ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಜನ ಬೇಕಾಗುವುದರ ಜೊತೆ ಲಾಭ ಕೂಡ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಇದೆ. ನಾನ್ ವೆಜ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗಲ್ಲ ನೋಡಿ ನಾನು ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಕಾಸು ಕಂಡಿದ್ದು ಅಂತಾರೆ.ಹೋಟೆಲ್ ಮಾಡುವವರು ಇವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.
