I'm curious why someone, with almost $200k in cash would choose to spend all that cash on this rather than a little more to buy a good non salvaged titled car. I'm sure someone will, but I'd like to know their thinking.
I found this on line, not sure if it's true "Stradale and Scuderia stripes from factory are a decal that is lacquered over. They are not painted on. Factory finish is a decal then lacquer, you can buy the decals from ferrari direct at vast cost or replicas which are identical, but the fitting process to an original car means the lacquer has to be sanded down, the old decal removed and the whole panel re - lacquered. (for repair or replacement)" Ferrari part no 70001382.
Dan, I know about corrosion from being near the ocean. I used to live in San Diego and there are a number of neighborhoods right next to the beaches. Any car down there is corroded after a few years.
Anyone in San Diego has a few brain-cells to afford the $1MIL mortgages currently required to live there - and most folks keep the 'nice' cars inland in various storage facilities like Veloce Motors or AAAA Storage. Nobody stores cars near the Ocean.
It would be a great car here in south Florida, yet our son is starting college soon and aerospace education are insanely expensive! Hope you sell it soon.
Well, the only one I can find on the market is being offered at $429,900. If this were in the $2-teens, it will sell pretty fast. Btw, not listed on the site, yet.
Don't do what I did and buy a branded title car and get sick of it in a year and sell it privately. At least be prepared to take a beating on the price and deal with people that don't understand the process. Buy this and enjoy it for a long time and beat the piss out of it. Mine was more simple a lemon buy back which I deduced was the owner just sick of it as I had no issues with the car for many enjoyable miles.
Get your money back now. We have already been forewarned there will be no bailout on the debt scene. Ferrari rode 44 years on this alone, and the glut on the market worldwide is insane. Just my worthless opinion, but i like to see truth tellers win.
A great ferrari to put a lot of miles on, since it has a salvaged title anyways, don't need to fret about resale as much.
Yup, it's a Scud you can drive guilt free.
“The cheapest Scuderia”? Hoovie, are you watching? 😜
Haha I don't think he will want this
@@normalguysupercar With Hoovie, you never know… 🤑
@@normalguysupercaryeah. He needs something a little broken. This one is too nice.
All things considered.. it's honestly a steal .. maybe not for a flipper , but DEFINITELY from an enthusiasts point of view ❤
Yes someone who wants to drive and enjoy a Scud but not pay for a clean one

It's 50% more to buy one non salvage. That's not a little more, that's a lot more.

Yup, it's not quite midwest salt on snowy roads corrosion, but it's still there.

The leather is in good shape because of the front tinted window. Lol.
Actually, yes
Love the white.
It's grown on me

Yeah I know it's intentionally not on the site yet.

Agreed!
Really special car Dan. Are you keeping the car white?
Yes.
I’m guessing the deer wasn’t a Ferrari fan?😳
Definitely not after that
Dream car
Yup
dream car 😍
Oh yes!
Cats still on the car and no tune? Passing CA smog is a major pain in the butt.... Thanks.
No cats and it's tuned.
Sad you have to sell, what’s the price?
Email
What made you change idea again ? Haha
Business
@@normalguysupercar honest and legit, nothing to say 'bout that :)
Selling the scud because the gt40 can’t sell? Should have kept the 458 😉
Na, I'm content with my decisions.
Start including Taco Bell gift cards with the purchase of one of your cars; watch your sales go through the fuggin' roof
Love this
@@normalguysupercar When I can eventually afford a 360, I'm buying it from you, and then we're taking it to Taco Bell.
@@opethmike I'm not a huge Taco Bell fan, but I'll participate in this.
Tinted front windshield is not legal in Florida. And the side window tint is darker than Florida allows.
Who cares?
Gotcha

I suppose. I'm not sure we're facing catastrophe just yet.

Copied the paint and stripe on my C8
Nice!
Damon is looking for a car for his daughter, Mia. Give Dave a call. Also he has to pay 6% import duty so a prework might be a deal to him.
Nepo-baby trash.
