I played my first draft on Saturday and went 7-1. P1P1 Olivia and was solid in RB vamps had like 10 then 3-4 other creatures and a few removal. Bleed dry and the 6 drop that makes blood tokens and 2 of the vamp sweepers and every good vamp Card for the most part. The red 1 drop the signpost 2 drop the 2/1 first strike the 3/2 trample the 1/4 blood token and 2 of the uncommon black ones with fountain for late game and Olivia to top the curve and pressure like crazy. Lost round 1 when I never drew a 3rd land and crushed everyone else. Blood tokens made sure I saw Olivia every single game lol!!! She ends games fast
I drafted the Butts Deck and did play Unhallowed Phalanx and won 2 games by I had no business winning by throwing him at the opponent with the catapult I recommend 1 Phalanx if the deck comes together well because it’s a get out of jail free card sometimes
Thanks for the guide, i've always been pretty hesitant to get into draft because I don't like using up my coins or gems only to lose immediately because I don't know how to make a draft deck
You're welcome! I hope you give it a shot. Quick Draft can be really good value vs buying packs even if you're new to draft. Rare-Draft and maybe win some gems back!
Feels like you gotta be in Black or Red or you’re just putting yourself at such a disadvantage. Especially With this being a Bomb Heavy Set so Removal is Important as EVER..

(3/3 Flyer 4mana: Exile from graveyard get 2 1/1 Flyers) 2 2mana 1/3 Vampire that gives you a Blood Token if you gained life this turn Sac 2 Blood tokens and Transform it For Toxrill Protection & Recursion I had 2 Undying Malice 2 Undead Butlers Finished 7-1 with only loss being a Mana Screw
In general, I would take the removal spells mentioned over the Uncommons mentioned. Flame-Blessed Bolt and Bleed Dry would be right on the edge. It also depends on your colour preference if you have one since they are all black and red.

In general, I would take the removal spells mentioned over the Uncommons mentioned. Flame-Blessed Bolt and Bleed Dry would be right on the edge. It also depends on your colour preference if you have one since they are all black and red.
