    Great video mate. Love the combination of lifting and wrestling. Throwing iron around naturally pairs with throwing bodies around. During the Bronze Era this was common knowledge snd the two arts were closely intertwined, Hackenschmidt, even Sandow, etc. Refreshing to see in the MA space which seems to have an anti-bodybuilder/muscle bias (maybe not so much in wrestling but still, many like the mythology of technique over size).

      Glad you liked it. And for sure, wrestlers have always valued strength, but other combat sports are def starting to realize the importance of strength & conditioning
