It looks like late 1970s or early 1980s. They made films in widescreen in those times, then they would cut it into 4:3 for TV. Now that KCTV is in 16:9, they can broadcast films in the original widescreen format.

Also, films in the 1960s had credits at the start, but this one doesn't, making it fit in the 70s or 80s. ''Magnolia'', ''My Flowering Village'' and others were black and white with no credits and from late 70s early 80s
@@Mangyongdaegaming1994 If you look at the way the movie is produced, i would say it's from the 1960s, it reminds me of some chinese movies made in the 1960s such as "Heroic Sons and Daughters" (1964) EDIT i checked on wikipedia, the movie was made in 1971.
