Today was a bad day in Oregon. I'm fully disabled and have a care provider. I have lot's of medical appointment coming up to get me ready for surgery. I make the choice to pay for my phone when I can have a free phone I pay for my housing, bills, and car insurance and gas being the government will. Today I was told my care provider can only take me shopping for food in my car but they will pay her gas to shop for me. I'm wheelchair bound. My legs don't work I need surgery on both. I'm having a big surgery in a few days. I was told she can't take me to get a haircut because. That's a salon and not needed to drive my car to help me with my hygiene. I was told I must use the tax payer money for all medical rides with my care provider and I can't use my car . So I feel I need to cancel all medical appointments to make the government happy because I refuse to use a free ride who has left me stranded many times called Ready Ride and late to appointments the doctors sayi need to reschedule. So I'm very confused on this. I still have a driver's license I made the choice five years ago not to drive because I couldn't get my leg to move well to break but they now say my care provider can go with me she just can't drive. My family works long hours I'm not married he past away. And I'm not 60 to get full service of the DHS. Am I upset very ARE YOU? They want you to must pay for my ride when I have a insurance car with gas. I will say two years ago I never ever went threw this. Last year I was bed bound because I broken both feet trying to get around. So I want all to know this just happened to me and I'm very sad

You don’t get how that works. The schools get paid on the number of students they have. If they loose students they loose money. Vouchers give people the freedom to choose the school the actually teaches. When public schools have to compete for their money they may actually start teaching again. In my state, especially in King Co. near Seattle, i pay more for my old in fairly bad shape farm, deteriorating due to high property taxes, i am losing it this year, i pay ten times more property tax on my farm than my atty does on his ten million dollar mansion in one of the oldest richest parts of Seattle. I am very upset by this. We should indeed riot.

I appreciate your honesty and finding your channel. I too graduated from college as a first generation student. Debt free throughout my three graduate programs and my children’s college degrees. I agree with you wholeheartedly on student loan forgiveness.
My children and my grandchildren paid for their own college and I’m so proud of him that they did.

You are right. The Republicans are not stopping these spending things going on. All my home expenditures have all gone up a lot. Car insurance and HO ins and I’m waiting for my restated property tax will be they reappraised all of my County. Ugh. God Bless you and your family. ❤😊

Thank you Cody, in the past I believe paying my taxes was to support our veterans and elderly etc. Proud American, the government has opened an evil door where it seems no one will prosper.I pray for Gods intervention on our nation!
Its here in Washington state. And We have No Say in the Matter. Our Governor is not running for reelection & they are pushing thru our one sided government as much as they can. Its Frustrating!

Everyone better be “oiled up” and ready to protect your property!! We’ve done our wills, all goes to our sons who don’t really want it and will sell the it to get what they can out of it. I think I’m going to contact my lawyer and see if I can legally add a codicil that if they sell it there’s a stipulation that they have to keep all 8 acres together as 1. Unit?? A property near us of about 6 acres got sold and the new owner ( probably a real estate agent) divided and is building 6 houses all crammed up on it. I don’t want to do something like that to my neighbors!
