My baby also 1 year old, boil 2 son jeera , 1 spn dill seed, 1/2 spn Oman and 1/2 sombu mix in 300 ml of water strain and give it to baby throughout a day. Continue this as long as needed. Give curd or butter milk daily. It will definitely help try this for at least a month. Even baby has fever or gold give jeera water don’t stop jeera water.
