For all the people having issues with this, quit and reload the game. This puzzle is dependent on the electro seelie cycle which sometimes unsyncs itself making it impossible. Reloading your game resets the cycle and then you can just do what you see in this video.

First stand where the electromagnum is. Quit the game and reload. Then go the furthest on the left and stand right in front of the arrow. Then the chest should pop.

I loved the island when I arrived there and now I hate it for the puzzles and specters & the lands that you can't climb properly🙃 I mean I love the aesthetics and sceneries & music of this island but exploring this island makes me so annoyed😭

I left the game open while standing next to a dial, and when I finished watching the video, the puzzle solved itself and the chest was next to me xd Thanks tho :^)

i turned off the game while standing in front of the dial that is facing the electro granum. when i turned it on again the chest was there. hope this helps someone bc i just lost like 40 minutes of my life to an unsynced puzzle
LMAO I was afk on the game watching the tutorial, AND THE PUZZLE SOLVED ITSELF! I was "watching" it for so long from far away that suddenly the chest just spawned in. I think that's the correct way of solving it. Just watch it play out for like 3 minutes. Otherwise, maybe I just got lucky

What is the marker you have on the top right purple/pink island? I have it marked too and it’s because of the “pay respects at the statue” thing that spawns in an electro seelie that makes a zigzag and then disappears. Is this solved?

This solved it for me. Was sitting there for 30 mins running between two of them. Reloaded and followed this guide and had it on 1 try. UGH

I quit. For some fucking reason, the right side is not always light up. This puzzle is more annoying than challenging.
It might be the bug with the dial. Restarting the game does fix it
