Another great video, thanks! I think the market is over-heated. And I am concerned that people are focusing less on fundamentals and just chanting the mantra of dollar cost averaging and driving the market higher without considering fundamentals. It is a catch-22 for me. I mean I like stock prices going higher but I also hate buying over-priced stocks and ETFs. Personally, I have stopped buying growth ETFs- they are ridiculously over-valued. Dividend stocks and ETFs are a little better but they are still over-valued. There is some hope with small and mid caps. I am not sure they are undervalued but at least they are less over-valued..This pattern offers a valuable insight for strategic planning. Despite these trends, i have delve deeply into active trading and managed to grow a nest egg of around 100k to a decent 732k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.

I would not get too excited about states passing laws making gold and silver legal tender. Many of these states also are including paying taxes with precious metals. One must wonder if they see hyperinflation on the horizon. In the end, raising taxes. In short, when people run out of money, they will take all the metals as well.

Lynette thanks for answering comment the other day, I have a question, I'm 66, and on a fixed income. I have a balance of $19K on my house, with a 4.0 interest rate... with 4 years to pay. I could pay it off today, but I would rather keep the funds for possible emergency and or trading it for silver or gold....Four years the remainder of the loan...If my SS was to stop because the Gov crash the system, then I'm screwed worst if I pay it off! . Value of the house they say $170K...I value your opinion

Yes, I have rental property as well and I depend on that rental income. If I sell, I’ll have to pay taxes on the gains and I’ll lose the income so it’s very important for me to hedge my real estate holdings. I need to know what to do….😕
Hold it. The capital gains tax owed can be high. I'm in the same situation. I want to sell a rental; however, the uncertainty of the future keeps me awake and in thinking mode. If a family member needs a roof over their head, they can move into the rental condo for cheap.

ALL Taxpayers SHOULD Call their Congresspersons and Senators and DEMAND Bankruptcy and Forfeiture laws are CHANGED to eliminate the possibility for Hedge Funds like BlackRock BlackStone and Vanguard declaring Bankruptcy or Forfeiting their obligations to the Commercial; Apartments, Buildings and Malls and DUMP THEIR OBLIGATIONS OF BILLIONS ONTO BANKS who then dump them onto Taxpayers as the Banks go bankrupt.
Call your Congressperson and Senators TODAY or you will have to pay for their obligations through increased taxation.

Lower your standard of living. Take advantage of food banks. Dump the car and use public transit if you are in a big city. There are lots of ways to save money. Stop using AC and keep your heating bill to a very minimum

Where I live in Central California, the home prices have doubled in the past 7 years. I couldn’t afford to buy then, and I definitely can’t now, because my income hasn’t doubled in that time, and all of my bills have increased. I put my savings into gold. Hopefully the time will come when I can use that to buy a home when the prices aren’t so overvalued.
