We work for years to earn $1million on our retirement, while some people put thousands of dollars in some meme coins and they become millionaires.
Best thing that happened to me last year that I can attest to is the progress I have made so far on trade. Venturing into crypto was my best decision ever I know more is yet to come 2024

Man, I dont know if Ive ever saved a video on UA-cam before so this might be the first one. It is my dream to own a few homes so I can pass them on to my children. That is my lifelong goal, that they own homes and they never have to worry about be able to afford a place to live. Thank you for sharing your experience and your knowledge. Yeah, me too...because then I could have actually used it. Like you say yourself...the numbers don't work anymore - good luck finding anything where this still makes more sense than bonds. Unfortunately this was the golden opportunity we missed to get rich during crazy low interest decade. Not only did we not get rich but also we have to pay for this via inflation. So if you are like me and didn't instead in real estate during this time - congratulations, you are screwed

I been a landlord for two years. Screening tenants is the most important part. I learned this the hard way I been through 3 evictions already but I’m getting better with my screenings and I’m pretty quick with getting the eviction notice out.

Thank you Brian it’s a good high level presentation. There’s a lot to the lending side and the real estate purchase side. I am a licensed Loan Officer and Realtor. The details can be disastrous, but you are absolutely correct that real estate is the best way to hedge against inflation. Multi family is a good way to go.
