You can't do that on this game sadly, Bungie scripted all the wraiths on this game to blow up if you manage to take out the driver. I kniw it because I've tried plenty of times before...
I always felt like the hill-fight should've been more drawn out. I hate that the marines become one-shot. The game should've just loaded waves of drop-ships until everyone died
Those Marine insta-death scripts always felt too forced in the vanilla game....and on this mission even more so....it makes what would have an amazing battle of attrition turn up way too short. Having never ending waves of dropships ferrying covenant until the player is legitimately forced into the building would have made this level not only longer but more immersive.

Having to fall back into the building even though you’ve killed all the enemies just feels empty and forced as opposed to trying your hardest but regardless having to fall back - which is how it would’ve really happened. You’d have to play until your best wasn’t good enough, all Allie’s were overrun, and the only viable option is to fallback and give ground involuntarily

Is it just me, or has the Spartan Laser been nerfed?
The ammo in the laser consume 25% instead of 20%.
on Reach that is, on this mod the Splaser behaves...odd, to put it mildly
