This is a part of my mini series, called Shadow work through the alphabet, which is all about exploring the collective shadow working through the alphabet. Let's discuss the A - Z of our collective shadow.
The shadow is the part of yourself that you keep hidden and outside of your conscious attention. Exploring the shadow and integrating the shadow into your "self" helps your light shine brighter in your day to day life. Your light is the parts of you that are seen celebrated and encouraged. The shadow is the hidden, shamed, discouraged and disgraced parts of you. Your shadow is still you. And the more you explore your own shadow consciously, the better you can integrate those parts of yourself into a whole being.
The Sisi Nxumalo Blog is a blog about healing, working through dark energies in order to find an authentic light within.
The aim is to work through the fear and darkness in order to live in love and light. The darkness is not your enemy, and the light is not your savior: your soul is having an experience of both.
The Blog discusses topics that touch on spirituality, and soul healing in a practical and applicable way. You're welcome to be yourself, please respect that others also get to be themselves.
