Actually pretty possible when geared up for vamp and ability cd. U almost keep spamming q and get infinite souls from minions. Although it will be a real highroller, with all that gear at stake

its done it for me automatically ever since i started the game. maybe you changed some setting?
When the potion reaches "zero / 0" it auto-refills, but won't auto-refill on 2 or 1 potions in the slot
You already have aoe with Q spam so maybe frost orb to absorb the black orbs?
