    Been watching a few of your videos. Good stuff. The video on drying meat in the sun without smoke caught my attention. Not sure I would trust without smoke involved however I will give it a try next animal I am given to eat.

      Shiyo Mr. Mojo! Sgi for tuning in and checking out other videos besides the how to dry meat! It is nice to see other people utilizing my other videos. It appears that the jerky video is capturing all the interest right now. As stated, I have been preserving meat and other food exactly like this in both damp and very arid climates for many many Winters and have never gotten sick. One must understand that this is exactly how it was done here on Turtle Island prior to the arrival of utilization of salt. Eastern tribes located in very damp areas utilized smoke especially during the rainy season. I have also utilized smoke. It does a good job. The main difference I would say is that the taste is much more better without all of the smoke coating on the meat. But taste is in one's own opinion. I hope you find our content useful.
