Science also caused Hiroshima and Nagasaki nuclear bombings, as well as eugenics in the US and nazi Germany. Religion brought about the end of slavery. Ever heard of Wilberforce and others? My point is that people do bad things and good things too, at bottom. So stop with these simplistic arguments.

@@DeepKnight-nr6vo Do you say that because you believe in the modern mythology that fish evolve into philosophers, and if you just wait a really long *Time* puddles of chemicals can fizz into people by chance? Science is a methodology - what you're talking about is an Ideology about the unobservable past, not "science."
Let me ask you this... *Have you ever heard of the faint young sun paradox?* Scientists observe that our sun is slowly warming up as hydrogen fuses into helium, and at this observed rate, 3.5B years ago our sun would have been 30% fainter and earth would have been frozen solid as a result (if it was really billions of years old). The problem is that atheistic-evolutionists believe that 3.5B years ago chemicals fizzed by chance in a puddle to form all the necessary proteins required for life - in what would have been a global, dead, frozen environment - hence the "paradox." *How do you handle this observable evidence?*
*"Liquid water is generally considered a key ingredient for life. When the Sun was much fainter, the Earth with its present atmospheric composition would have been frozen solid. If the oceans were frozen, life may not have formed" (Quote: NASA).*
      A) Biblical Creation proponents happily accept this measurable scientific evidence - it's not a "paradox" at all because the earth isn't billions of years old, and life didn't create itself by chance from a puddle of chemicals, we were intentionally created. This makes sense because there is zero evidence that our earth was ever frozen solid as it should have been if it was really billions of years old, and also zero evidence of an early greenhouse gas atmosphere or other atheistic miracle warming effect to help sustain the atheistic belief in abiogenesis.
      B) Atheistic-Naturalists (evolutionists, etc.) however have a problem, because you need billions of years of deep time to make it seem less implausible that chemicals can fizz into people, and that life atheistically created itself. So you have to invoke some kind of a miracle warming effect with no evidence like an early alleged greenhouse gas atmosphere, or various implausible celestial phenomena. Not only do these excuses have zero evidence, but they are also incredibly implausible - because if you did have an early greenhouse gas atmosphere 3.5B years ago, you have to believe that it countered the faint young sun's temperature just right (not too hot like Venus, yet not cold like Mars) and it had to dissipate in perfect inverse proportion to the gradual warming of the sun over time - *all just to make atheistic abiogenesis and early evolution seem less scientifically problematic.*
Two worldviews, same evidences, two very different interpretations. Which one is being more "scientific," the one that just accepts the evidence, or the one that has to fabricate implausible and evidence-less excuses to *circumvent this problematic scientific evidence and sustain their already scientifically-problematic belief that puddles can fizz into people?*
      Any thoughts?
*"The evidence of God... has been clearly seen since the beginning in all that has been created, so they will have no excuse"* (Romans 1:20)

If your "thoughts" are just chemicals fizzing in your brain, how can you "trust" them? How do you know that your "reasoning" faculties (if there is such a thing) are actually accurate, valid, "true"? If Atheistic abiogenesis and chemical reaction evolution are true, then you are just Mindlessly "dancing to your DNA."
This isn't a problem if you have some kind of an immaterial self or a "soul," something that isn't limited by mere chemical reactions - like being made in the image and likeness of God with a capacity for free will rational thinking, meaning, purpose, value (Genesis 1:26-27), morality and a sense of justice (Genesis 9:6), a conscience which suspiciously reflects the principles of His law (Romans 2:15), a sense of dignity and respect (James 3:10), among other things...
I deeply appreciate that you don't live in accordance with the Atheistic "we're all just chemicals" worldview, but that you live in accordance with the God of Scripture instead - otherwise things would be total chaos.
*"The long and short of it is that I became convinced that atheism implies amorality; and since I am an atheist, I must therefore embrace amorality... The religious fundamentalists are correct: without God, there is no morality. But they are incorrect, I still believe, about there being a God. Hence, I believe, there is no morality."* (Joel Marks, Professor Emeritus of Philosophy, University of New Haven, "Philosophy Now," Sep 2010).
*"They show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts sometimes accusing them and at other times even defending them"* (Romans 2:15)

by every indication he literally doesn't know. IT'S THE 1ST LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS:
"heat can never derive from cold", i.e. there can be only regresses. Einstein said correctly

@@ramaraksha01 My friend listen it’s not about evidence for me, sure it exists and we could be here for hours talking about history and theology just look at Cliffe Knechtle videos for that type of answer, I believe God because of what He made in my life, I was an atheist too until 23, it’s a question of heart and soul not evidence. Evidence is just there to solidify the faith, once you accept God He will show you the real world we ALL live in, full of lies and deception.
Those 2 last questions I’m sorry but don’t make much sense. God is the creator of this world of course He cares about His creation following His commands to live in a perfect environment He created for us. Atheist often talk about “if God exists why there is evil and so much pain” last time I checked it was us that made those decisions to go against Him, when someone is getting murdered for example God is not there telling the murder to do it, it’s his own free will (maybe some demons too). If there was no evil we wouldn’t even appreciate the goodness there is. Atheists never talk about how God came in human form and SACRIFICIED Himself for us, His creation, humans that have turned against Him, humans with so much flaws, and He still gives us Grace and Mercy. In the Bible the apostle John describes the Kingdom of God like there will be no more pain, suffering etc, I can’t describe what will be like and if you think about it that’s the beauty of it. I’m sure for Christ to sacrifice Himself of that cross for us, it gotta be a place that is worth all the pain and sacrifice we do for Him.

    • @kofidan9128
      @kofidan9128 2 місяці тому

Personal experience is the only source of experiential knowledge, which is the highest form of knowledge. Thus, personal experience is of great intellectual importance. To condemn personal experience is like saying marriage is illegitimate as a social institution, for the reason that not every marriage works. Or, that friendship is useless because not every friendship works. And yet we all know how deeply essential to life friendship is. And so when it comes to personal experience, it's best to consider it on a case-by-case basis rather than lumping them all together and throwing them out. Also, if God is a person, instead of just a theory, then we've got to experience him.
Additionally, the scientific method is only suited to the natural world. Religions, broadly speaking, deal with God. And God is a supernatural being who lives in the supernatural world. The supernatural is utterly different from the natural. It's also far superior to it. The supernatural world is well above and beyond the "revered" scientific methods of the natural world with its peer reviews. Think of the fact, for example, that supernatural beings aren't affected by physical quantities such as gravity, time, and space. The supernatural can only be accessed and assessed by supernatural means, which I explain in my proof of God.

Unfortunately, the superficial ones do not think enough to understand *the simple fact that from no intelligence involved, no intelligence comes,* the entire process until nowadays proving the existence of God because *the results of a process prove the intelligence involved into that process* (even schoolchildren can understand that every photon, ... atom, ... cell has intelligence into it, *not to mention their functionality together).*
They ignore the intelligence put from the beginning. For example, the intelligence mentioned includes the exact value of the speed of light matching the manifestation of what we call "gravity", working together since the primordial conditions to form in the end this reality, which hosts intelligent life that is able to feel / understand / admire / enjoy / respect / love the Creator, especially through His human form, Jesus Christ.
Those wise enough understand that *God is not bounded by time (not being bounded by what He has created), respectively He is eternal, always existed, which means that He was not created,* but atheists ignore, also, the other fact about the nature of God that our power of comprehension will always be like how much the cups can think to understand the man who made them (comparison mentioned in the Bible). Anyway, *they have no excuse because we have Jesus Christ, the human form of Divinity, to be able to understand.*

After a finite number of years we all will leave this world and will receive what we deserve. According to the following two testimonies (and many hundreds more available online; even I had a true NDE) all evil we do, which cannot be forgiven by Divinity, is sending us to hell, instead of Heaven:
      "Atheist College Professor dies and sees hell and demons - it changed his life - Pt 1";
      "Atheist College Professor dies and sees hell and demons - it changed his life - Pt 2";
"Man Sees Unthinkable Horrors in Hell Christians Being Tortured! (Mario Martinez)".
Therefore, the believing of the truth revealed by God/Jesus will help / convince / determine... us to always strive to do only good for the rest of our earthly life (and to always regret deeply our bad deeds, to sin no more), to be easier for us at the Judgment, to go into Heaven before many others, to never taste hell, to be more loved by Divinity, but *ALL humans will be judged for their deeds* (as seen into those videos mentioned).
*_"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive his due for the things done in the body, whether good or bad."_* 2 Corinthians 5, 10

While it may seem like the diversity of religions undermines the truth of any one of them, it actually reflects humanity's innate search for meaning and connection with the divine. Different religions have arisen in various cultures, often shaped by their specific histories, languages, and experiences. However, the core of many religions often shares similar values, such as love, justice, and the search for truth.
Your problem is that you misunderstand what you're trying to argue about. Christianity, for example, doesn't dismiss the truths that might exist in other religions; instead, it sees itself as the fulfillment and clarification of those truths.

If you see a guy on the street brandishing a knife and saying he is going to kill his family because God told him to you would call the cops. These guys upon learning that the guy's name is Abraham will be singing his praises and handing him big knives

"women's rights are being taken away. These kinds of people have taken away a woman's right to her body."
Thank you for those powerful pro-life arguments. I completely agree, we should not be dismembering little women inside of their mother's womb, pulling them out piece by piece, and then laying their body parts together on a surgical tray to make sure that they didn't leave any body parts inside.
And I am thankful that they didn't do this to you, or me, either.
From the moment of conception you are a human being, growing on your own (inside of your mother), with a fully developed and completed human DNA signature that will never have anything taken away from it or added to it, and as early as about 3 weeks through modern technology we can actually detect those signs of life (ie. they are there much earlier, but we can detect them as early as 3 weeks now). It's a beautiful thing.
We don't execute children because they might have a hard life - otherwise we should round up all the disabled and poor children, right?
We also don't execute children because of their location - No doubt, pregnancy is hard (and a blessing according to nearly every mother I've ever spoken to), but that is a distinct separate human being you are dismembering, chemically burning, or starving. A poor little woman denied her rights to her body because the older woman 99% of the time was irresponsible with her sexual behavior (only 1% is due to rape, etc.).
I stand by women's rights too, but I stand for all women, including the little ones you want the right to butcher to sustain your sexual lifestyle.

@@jeffreyhearn8930 Fish are very real, but it is a mythology that fish evolve into philosophers - that's not how "science" (a methodology) works. We are all *Uncritically Indoctrinated* into this modern atheistic mythology that puddles of chemicals can fizz into people if you just add lots of *Time,* and that nothing created everything accidentally with mathematical precision for no reason, which is scientifically ludicrous.
Let me ask you this... *How did male and female evolve?* Charles Darwin met the gold standard of science (a methodology) by giving a testable hypothesis for his theory: "If it could be demonstrated that any complex *organ* existed, which could not possibly have been formed by numerous, successive, slight modifications, my theory would absolutely break down..."
Before you answer, consider that these are two separate, yet interdependent, precision tuned sets of organs that all have to be working just right or reproduction, life, and evolution fail.
      For example:
The fallopian tubes are lined with millions of these little hairs that all wave the same direction, and their purpose is to guide the egg from the ovaries down into the uterus. If they stood still, laid flat, waved the wrong direction, or didn't exist - the egg would either die or it would implant in the fallopian tube thus killing the mother. Some of these are known medical conditions that prevent pregnancy - "Evolution" had to get these millions of hairs just right.... "by numerous, successive, slight modifications."
*Simultaneously* the sperm has a whip like rotor, a motor encasing, a bushing like material, a nutrient transfer system, and several other components that all have to be working *just right* or the sperm can't find the egg. Reproduction and life fails. "Evolution" had to get the interdependent parts of the sperm "just right" ... "by numerous, successive, slight modifications."
*Then* you have the placenta which does everything for the baby including keeping the mother's and baby's blood separate, the expanding and contracting uterus and cervix, the mechanism which only allows one sperm into the egg, and numerous other components that all had to be *designed* just right, or reproduction and life fails. "Evolution" had to *SIMULTANEOUSLY* get all of these just right "by numerous, successive, slight modifications."
Which gender evolved first, and how did it reproduce while the other hadn't evolved yet? And going backwards in time, which of these critical organs do you gradually reduce first "by numerous, successive, slight modifications" without causing reproduction to fail?
*"“Haven’t you read,” he replied, “that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’"* (Matthew 19:4). Such *specified complexity* looks like the product of an Intelligent engineering mind, not the result of chance fizzing chemicals in a puddle. Puddles don't turn themselves into people no matter how much *time* you add to the mix.

Tell me something... in your worldview, when all the right chemicals fizzed into all the necessary proteins required for life, and then into all the necessary cell components inside of a cell enclosure for no reason, *how did they overcome the problem of hydrolysis which inhibits protein formation in water?*
*"we've not made the RNA in a prebiotically relevant manner. It hydrolyzes too rapidly."* (Professor Saztech, Chicago, 2021)
[Regarding Abiogenesis] *"Chemistry is actually hard to get to work. The molecules precipitate. The molecules hydrolyze. The molecules decompose. And so it's very much a constraint that you have to deal with.. it's one g-d problem after another."* (Steve Benner, former Harvard Professor, Director of Foundation for Applied Molecular Evolution, 2019)

The entire evolution of the Universe has nothing against the truth about/from God/Jesus (many parts from the Bible being told metaphorically, not literally, at those times people not having enough knowledge scientifically, but now we can fully understand the metaphors used). For example, the dust from which Adam and Eve have been created is representing their material bodies (parts of this material world), God giving spirit to those material bodies. Eve made from Adam's rib is referring to the X chromosome from the XY.
Therefore, Adam and Eve are representing the first hominids species chosen by God to place *the immortal spirits* (cast out from Heaven) and that is why Abel killed by Cain are representing the Neanderthals (Abel) extinct by the Homo Sapiens (Cain). People from many thousands of years ago, when Genesis was written, could not understand exactly (scientifically) how God has created everything, including their ancestors.

Just as billions of cells are needed for us to live this earthly life, in a similar way are required billions of galaxies for the intelligent life to be hosted intentionally to have 100% freedom, like humans on Earth. *Think how wonderful the Creator is, the opposite of a dictator, to create this reality in this way, with 100% freedom. He has told us to live in freedom but to not use freedom as a cover-up for evil.*
Unfortunately, Satan, the fallen angels, respectively their tools in this world - the evil=stupid humans - have used (are using) the freedom offered by God to do evil intentionally. However, all will be judged 100% correctly by God/Jesus and all will receive what they deserve.

    • @filmeseverin
      @filmeseverin Місяць тому +3

Therefore, atheists are deceived because evolution is not an argument against God's existence because the entire process until humans time proves the existence of God, *the results of a process proving the intelligence involved into that process* and because *from no intelligence involved, no intelligence comes.*
Furthermore, the conventional biological evolution is hiding the facts about Satan and the other fallen angels who, according to the "Parable of the weeds", have altered this world, the DNA... (making the carnivores, the parasites, the viruses, bad bacteria etc....) to sustain the useless suffering while, initially, all insects, animals etc. were feeding only with plants (plants products, such as fruits, nectar, seeds etc.).
The fallen angels, being sadistic, have altered the DNA of most living things (including us) to do as default both: reproduce uncontrollably (as much as they can) and fight (kill) each other. Unfortunately, they love to see living things suffering, especially human beings suffering.
Because any child is a chance for a soul to escape hell, they want to destroy us since our physical body conception (all the time in any way possible). That is why they make us suffer, as much as possible, by using our stupidity and the stupidity of the other people around us.

Regarding the manipulation through fake science, anyone can read online the Scientific American article titled: "Is Lawrence Krauss a Physicist, or Just a Bad Philosopher?" (about his book: "A Universe from nothing")
I mention here just few quotations: "He [Lawrence Krauss] is presenting untested speculative theories of how things came into existence out of a pre-existing complex of entities, including variational principles, quantum field theory, specific symmetry groups, a bubbling vacuum, all the components of the standard model of particle physics, and so on. He does not explain in what way these entities could have pre-existed the coming into being of the universe, why they should have existed at all, or why they should have had the form they did. And he gives no experimental or observational process whereby we could test these vivid speculations of the supposed universe-generation mechanism. How indeed can you test what existed before the universe existed? You can t."
*Horgan:* Larry, I'll always be grateful to you for helping bring me up to speed on modern cosmology 22 years ago when I was researching an article for Scientific American. And what's disappointing is that, apart from the discovery of the acceleration of the cosmic expansion, which was certainly a big surprise, nothing has really changed since then. You and/or your popularizing colleagues--Hawking, Greene, Kaku, Susskind--are still marketing various unsubstantiated versions of inflation, multiverse theories, string theory, vacuum energy, anthropic principle, etc. What's ironic is that, although you don't have any more evidence for these speculations, your marketing of them has become more aggressive... and yet you accuse ME of hype.
*Krauss:* John first, I didn't make any definitive claims.. and I get offended when people claim I make such.. second I tried to indicate how much has changed in the last 22 years.. that is the purpose of the book.. things are dramatically different than they were then, and I went through a very careful analysis to describe these changes..... the analysis of fluctuations in the CMB, the discovery that the universe is flat.. these are REAL empirical discoveries that both impact upon and add credence to many of our ideas.
*Horgan:* Larry, so you're saying that you're not claiming to have answered the question posed by your book's title? You're just tossing some ideas around, and you don't expect anyone to take them too seriously? OK, that's a useful clarification. It also means that things have not progressed in the last 22 years, in spite of what you just asserted. I think you better tell Dawkins, before he embarrasses himself further.

It does great disservice to Dawkins to say he "destroyed" these people who were willing to discuss their differing views. He gives rational arguments, and from what I can see, he is careful to qualify his views, so as not to state things as facts if they are just strongly supported suppositions. How do you even begin to truthfully do things that you know for sure this entity will reward you for? also the existence of a god, a soul and an afterlife are a failed hypothesis, entertaining the existence of this construct never yielded any next steps, any progress, we're still debating the mere existence where science uncovered many other things that can be built on and yield useful results.

In brief, the Creator of this world (God/Divinity) exists because this reality, with us into it, is not the result of nothing, or the result of no intelligence, because *from no intelligence involved, no intelligence comes.* That is why atheists renounce to elementary logic and to simple rationality intentionally when they believe that this reality has always existed without any intelligence involved.
*God is not bounded by what He has created,* but atheists, in their superficiality, do not want to recognize their limitations. For example, science will never be able to really know, at least, what a photon is (the magnification process being infinite). Regarding the Creator of this reality (the nature of God etc.), our power of comprehension will always be like how much the cups can think to understand the man who made them (comparison mentioned in the Bible), but *we have Jesus Christ, the human form of Divinity, to be able to see God and what He expects from us.*
Therefore, those wise enough understand that *God is not bounded by time (not being bounded by what He has created), respectively He is eternal, always existed, which means that He was not created,* but atheists ignore, also, the other fact already mentioned by me about the nature of God that *our power of comprehension will always be like how much the cups can think to understand the man who made them". @@josmith9662 I'm confused by what you are trying to say. Concerning whether or not the god of Christianity is real, I could easily go on all day pointing out countless contradictions in the Bible, but before I get into that since we were talking about slavery, please give me a straight yes or no answer to whether you condone slavery? The law of Moses condones buying a slave, owning them for life (unless they are a Jewish male slave, then they might go free after 6 years, but the women and foreign bought slaves never go free), and beating them freely even to the point of injury because they are "property". But having pointed this out I have never managed to get a Christian to give a straight yes or no answer to the question "Is slavery is okay?". Perhaps you will be the first Christian to answer this question without dodging it. Do you believe that slavery as defined by God in the law of Moses is morally okay?

*MATERIALISM* contradicts itself and proves *God*
    1. Materialism assumes reality is composed of only MATTER and ENERGY
    2. INFORMATION is always instantiated in or on matter or energy
    3. So materialists assume information originates from mass + energy
    4. But from Claude Shannon information is a COMMUNICATION of MEANING ENCODED in a LANGUAGE
    5. But language only comes from a MIND
    6. So matter + energy cannot be the source of information
    7. Therefore the origin of information can only be a mind
    8. Therefore if nature includes information we know it originated from a mind
    9. DNA's only function is to store, transmit and copy information
    10. Therefore that mind must be outside of our reality ie *GOD!*
