Still have good memories watching my dad play the original on our Packard Bell PC in 1996 when I was little and he was determined to win one of the campaign missions with one grenadier vs an enemy tank. He ran circles and was giggling and it was hilarious. Somehow he won and I'm STILL flabbergasted to this day how he pulled it off. That and the music still is awesome to me.
Dude I used to watch my dad play it too lmao I remember he had this strategy where he’d start building a sand bag wall from his base all the way to the enemy and then surround thier entire base. The AI didn’t know to blow up the sandbags so they would just get trapped behind the wall and he’d make like 50 grenadiers and blow them up, they had no chance lol
Did that with two bazooka units against a flame tank in a Covert Ops mission. I still remember the dance back and forward I had them do within the tank's response radius, one shoots and retreats, the other moves in to do the same.

GD45, standard issue. It won’t penetrate NOD militia body armour but it’s good for scaring the terrorist technicians away from their workstations when capturing and linking the structure to your commanders network system.

I’m 15 and play these games. Classmates tell me that it looks garbage because of the old graphics and shit but they don’t know what they’re missing. Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, Tiberian Sun, Renegade, Red Alert 2, i’ve played all of em and the expansions too. Great series
Got that right. Loved all the series up till that point, even C&C 3 and Kane's Wrath but 4 was just trash. No base building, no tiberium harvesting, symmetrical maps and shit story. Even the cutscenes were crap and Kane is my all time favourite Antagonist but even he couldn't salvage them.

Driving home from work and strangely this track just burst into my head and I had to look it up. I loved it back in the day and love it even more now. Played it through and it brought back so many memories. Fantastic wonderful game with a fantastic wonderful soundtrack.
+tony montana haha especially on the 2nd to last GDI mission. Every 15 minutes or so a Chinook full of engineers would land behind your base to fuck you up. I learned quickly to put an advanced guard tower there to take it out before it ever lands.

I play SupComFA (Supreme Commander Forged Alliance for those unsure) on the FAF server. This tune is a definite go to for me lol fits so well and has a lot of nostalgia for me as C&C was the first RTS I really got into and enjoyed when I was younger.

Any C&C game....Load a new Skirmish, pick a 4+ player map, put yourself by yourself and two AI adjacent to each other and just base build unharassed for an hour. That is the type of fun I have haha, I grew up with this game, and everything after, I adore C&C in all ways haha

To be fair that was the Tanya units strat. Run around and giggle while sniping enemy units :D
