Hi Nick. Hope all is well. That burger donut looked thick and super dense. I watched your double unders on Instagram 😁😁😁 I'm going for 33 on my next attempt. Today I was doing high knee skips for 60 secs after 5 min tabata rounds of functional movements.
My cheat today - I went Vietnamese. Poached chicken salad with pickled carrot, and cabbage slaw salad with this dressing they make that is sour, sweet, salty - not greasy or creamy and nice bowl of pho. It's cold now in Melbourne so a nice broth is so delicious oh and some nandos chips with lots of peri peri seasoning. Hope ur having an awesome day or night. Keep safe and awesome work on ur training. Can't wait to see ur next completion time on the Murph.

Nick i totally understand you. Since a while i was doing "cheat days" too, but with exception then i was eating normal food + more sweet/unhealthy options then usual. My calories was higher too (4500-6000). In beggining i cant wait for this cheat day, but after time i dont feel the same desire. Except this i prefer eat a little more on weekends and add 20% unhealthy options on normal days. Także care and wish you All the best 💖
