There is a thing called Bánh mì which is a vietnamese sandwich and easy to do. Meat can vary using BBQ pork, shredded chicken, chã cá (Fish patty of some sort), and dò (Pork and fish sauce).
They are usually come with picked carrots, cilantro, a french bread, and some sort of paste - very yummy to eat as well. Sorry for my bad vietnamese. It has been a long while I've offically used them.

I lived in Vietnam particularly in Saigon for 3 years, they called it Banh Trang Nuong
Its a great snack everytime I go out during the day. What I love about Vietnam is they have a lot of variety of foods in every corner of the streets, you can't get tired eating 😊😊😊

About five months ago, my city was on lockdown and you had to remain within 100m of where you live. My family could only go shopping every two weeks. During that time, I made banh trang nuong for myself and my younger brother as a snack. It wasn't completely accurate because I didn't have the right cheese but it was absolutely delicious and the two of us became addicted to it. We didn't have any snacks at home so it eventually even became our favourite snack.

That's not a pizza, it just kinda look like a pizza and a crêpe. In Vietnamese we call it Banh Trang Nuong.

I made these today! instead of shrimp and sausage i just sprinkled some chilli flakes and oregano and instead of rice paper i used an extremely thin chapati (I'm Indian)! it was delicious😍😍😍😍
