In my neighborhood we have many avocado trees, Not sure what the environmental concern is. Once established that provide shade nesting spots for birds and are pretty drought tolerant. I know my neighbor watered hers maybe once a year in late summer. I do not know about cutting down other trees. That could e the problem. Solution is to buy California avocados.

Huge swathes of forest were being cleared for the avocado trees. Depleting other crops in an effort to irrigate them. Plus the nefarious practices with criminals involved using forced labour etc. There were calls for influencers to stop promoting them to reduce excessive demand, helping to protect the people being abused and the environment... I don't recall all the details, but it had a lot of knock on problems which were being highlighted on front pages at the time.

W,r.t therapy: Prince Phillip's mother was in a psychiatric hospital for some time when he was young, and he was a big advocate for psychiatry and psychology, even seeing a psychiatrist himself as an adult to overcome the many (real) traumas of his life. I believe that Charles also saw therapists during his marriage, and later following Diana's death. He also arranged for William and Harry to receive counselling following the death of their mother. The caption read that Meghan was the "Avocado Toast Whisperer." or something like that. So she purposely associated herself with avocado toast. In my neighborhood we have many avocado trees, Not sure what the environmental concern is. Once established that provide shade nesting spots for birds and are pretty drought tolerant. I know my neighbor watered hers maybe once a year in late summer. I do not know about cutting down other trees. That could e the problem. Solution is to buy California avocados.

Yes, Catherine wears off-the-shoulder gowns but only at formal evening events where it's considered appropriate. Meghan wore off-the-shoulder dresses at daytime royal events, (Trooping the Color, and Anniversary of the RAF event.) Those are actually royal business events. So yes, off-the-shoulder dresses are inappropriate in those cases. Avocado toast: Meghan had her make-up artist publish an Instagram post picturing avocado toast Meghan served him for lunch. The caption read that Meghan was the "Avocado Toast Whisperer." or something like that. So she purposely associated herself with avocado toast. InCatherine's case, a newspaper story where someone recommended to William that Catherine should eat avocados while pregnant, (can't remember why.) See what I mean? Devil is in the details.
