An SIP or systematic investment plan is a popular and effective investment strategy to build wealth. Many investors think in terms of 1 crore SIPs and in this video, I shall discuss various SIP combinations that can help you achieve your financial goals especially that 1 crore SIP goal. Infact, I believe wealth-building is a combination of three factors - 1) the capital you put in i.e. our monthly SIP investments, 2) the return or yield we receive on our investment and 3) the time we give to these investments to compound and prosper
Now, the a commonly cited thumbrule for 1 crore SIP is the 15-15-15 i.e. invest 15,000 rupees every month, in an instrument that gives 15% returns per annum and to do it over 15 years. Effectively you have a 1 crore SIP plan for 15 years
But then, there are more such combinations such as:
a) you can look at 20-12-15 i.e. invest 20000 a month at 12% return for 15 years and you still create a wealth of 1 crore rupees
b) You can also try a 10-12-20 i.e. a monthly SIP of 10000 rupees in a mutual fund giving 12% returns and for a period of 20 years. So now you have a 1 crore SIP plan for 20 years
I'm certain this video on how to earn 1 crore through SIP will be helpful to you whether you are a novice investor or an experienced one and you will be able to use it in building your own investment portfolio and in tracking your progress.

1 crore after 15 years will look like today’s 50 lakh
Considering a 7% inflation, it would be somewhere around 32Lakhs worth of purchasing power in today's market.
50 lakhs is 50 lakhs... Something is better than nothing
Which is still a lot
If inflation slows down, then that also means you will get lower interest rate growth on the stock market...it means market has matured
Imagine from then you will be earning 12 lakhs per annum, means 5 lakhs of today's world without doing anything.
Main focus of 1 cr is not to withdraw and purchase, but how much money that 1 cr will make you in future.
Even 12% is a tough task post taxes.
And also the expense ratio on few SIP's leaves you with an FD rate.. Correct me if I'm wrong 😓
I will taxed if you take out.
Exactly!!
Get a loan against MF not sell
There are many ways to get rid of taxes.
Include one more factor.. step-up sip..then u can achieve target faster.
Good one Sir... You always come up with some interesting numbers everytime...

@@shankarnath respect for you Sir..if you don't mind can you please suggest if a person can convert his PPF into NPS ACCOUNT as NPS offers a higher rate of interest.

Most welcome, Shankar
Thank you Sir❤
Most welcome!
Great 😊
Thanks!
Sir
Which funds are best for sip to get 1 cr.
How about 10k with step up sip of 25% increase every year?
Could you plz help me or guide me about what i ve done is appropriate?
super
Thank you
🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
Shall I do sip in advantage balance fund as you said? 20k , 12 % 15 yrs?
No
@shankar, corpus 1 crore should be after tax....... give such combination
It's easy. Just divided 10000 rupees by 0.9 .. 11,111 rupees per month
When the population of india increases its investments in equity, it can even beat Fii
I think in another 5 years, whoever has invested in stocks since 10plus years in good companies will move up the wealth income cycle of middle class.
Crypto ruined the growth in india, sadly
Because they advertized so much, that new investors went into crypto thinking it is more faster to make money than indian equity market.
Good shorts
So 20 k in one fund or combination of all funds
Irrespective. A combination is preferred
Who will take inflation into consideration?
Investor should do that. All returns (FD, stocks, savings account, mutual funds) are presented in gross format.
Sir audio is very low... 😢
Thanks please increase volume and make video on health insurance
Sir, hindi me bhi videos banaeye❤
Sir i had a doubt regarding new debt mf tax..if i invest in debt mutual fund today...and redeem after retirement...will it attract low tax because tax slab will be less
The income tax slab then and the then applicable rules will apply when calculating tax on capital gains
I had the same doubt..I'm almost nearing retirement..so I have kept debt mf as it is
10000 +20% topup
16%
12 years
===1 CRORE
What about 15k month with 10% top up with 15% returns? How many years it will take to reach 1cr
What if i invest 36 lakh for 15 yrs with 12% return? Instead of doing SIP?
Please use the formula: Investment * (1 + Return) ^ Times for the same. In this case, 36 is the Investment, Return is 12% and Time is 15 Years
~2Cr
If personal inflation is at conservative 8%, after 15yrs the purchasing power of the corpus wilould be 1/3rd
& that 1cr will just value 40Lac after 15 years considering 6% inflation rate every year. 😅
That’s why if you have bigger corpus then invest in lump sum not sip
@@DisciplinedTrader27 again where to invest lum sum amount ?
@@sushmaur8060 which ever fund suits your risk appetite
If you want safe then invest in nifty 50/ sensex funds
If you want aggressive growth then invest in smallcap funds
And choose funds whichever has lowest expenses
Something is better than nothing right ....
What 😂 about inflation
Easier said than done. Most mutual fund returns are much lower than 12%
Focus on Active Income and make a crore every 4-5 yrs
Inflation left the chat😅
I don’t think so this generation has 20 years Life to save after getting job, life expectancy has been drastically reduced to 55-60 years
Bhai this is just a template some working husband wife can invest 50k a month to 1lakh a month in initial 10yrs. First necessity is to increase income
But where will i get 12% ya 15%. Bank gives maximum to Maximum 4-5%
Pls consult your financial advisor for a list of instruments which have been offering over 12% over 10 year block.
2004 ka 1 Cr KBC vala
in todays 2024 main is like 12.5 lacs
to have 1 Cr 2004 year vala one need to have 64 Cr in 2044
The value of 1 Cr after 15 years would be 36 lakhs
How come 15k per month would grow to 1 cr after 15 years ?
Try it: www.mutualfundssahihai.com/en/calculators
Go to SIP calculator and change values to 15,000, 15% and 15 years
NO one tell which MF choose...
uti nifty 50 index fund
There are 100s of funds each having different objectives. So a little research on your own. If you want everything spoonfed then hire a financial advisor 😑
1 crore after 15 yrs will buy nothing
I'm on 3:12:30 😂
1 crore after 15-20 years wont be called "wealth" really.
