We don't have to waste too much time in quotation-making. A lot of customers just asking for quotations and not placing orders. So what to do in this case? We can calculate mold sizes by measuring the part and looking at features like cores slides etc.
When any plastic part required mould manufacturing,costing is important part in our industries,verbly costing is not good & without measuring you can't prepare right costing.
@@HASSMOULDTECHSATISH Did I say without measurement?? We have a complete system. We check part, then open a template on software and place part outline in moldbase sketch, then put all material in spreadsheet template and got the cost.
