    Good calculator. Tested when molding a PC product. The cooling time corresponds to the actual cooling time. Only i have to add some additional cooling time for part dimensions.

    Sir, u have done a great job. I have seen all videos and its helping me a lot in understanding Plastic Manufacturing.
    Can u please tell me calculations depending on material weight (part volume)
    i cant get wall thickness means which value.
    Please give your guidance.

      It mainly depends upon thickness..
      Just assume 2kg of product may be small in size than thickness will be more and if it is big in size thickness will be less..
      If you don't have proper thickness least you can calculate by size and weight.
      If your part is simple in structure 100 x 100 x 10
      And weight is 9 grms but you don't know thickness than do this 100 x 100 x 10 x 0.9( plastic density) /1000000 = 0.090 kg ( 90 grms)
      Now devide both 9 part weight /90 total size weight
      You get 0.1 mm this might be your thickness.
      Note this is just assumption.. it fully depend on geometry and variable thickness.

      You can take sketch with points..and constrain it using assembly constraints..try it

      like i just want to understand a eff value, like i am thinking of making cooling curve

      @VindyCAD  4 роки тому

      It's standard no need to calculate A here.

    Can you arrange a video about slider design
    For example- my part have a undercut ,for release this undercut I design a slider 37° downward due to slanted face in part, can you suggest how to I design a slider to release this undercut in straight
