yeah, they are my number 1 or 2 favorite band ever, and that's exactly why: how versatile they were (and still are, now with Jeff), from heavy stuff in Core or Purle, too beautiful melodies in Tiny Music..or Shangri-la dee daa. The mixture between them Deleo bross, Scott's voice sometimes soft like silk, others powerful and manly and finally Eric's beats were unique and wonderful to hear. The sad part is most people only know "plush", "creep" or "sour girl" or "interstate lovesong', when it's the little gems like "and so I know" what make them remarkable.
@Mariana D'Amelio As much as I want to root for Kretz & the DeLeo's, I've just been far too disappointed in them for carrying on as Stone Temple Pilots, post-Weiland, to even listen once to anything they've done as STP since parting with Scott for the last time. It's too bad they were apparently so put-off from working with Coutts that they've not even considered reviving Talk Show instead. I think incredibly highly of Kretz & the De Leo's, but, them carrying on as STP is just as embarrassing as INXS carrying without Michael Hutchence. I can't be bothered to give it a chance.
@Mariana D'Amelio The Talk Show album is great, give it a chance. The people who made the music are still making it, they’re moving on after losing their friends to addiction and suicide.

Needing to relax, I stop to check in with Scott and the gang at their best.
wow this was such a pleasant surprise , and so i know is one of the most underrated songs ever.
This really shows how versatile they are; not many bands have such a varied discography, and that range is something I hope to be able to pull off if and when I hopefully record decent-sounding, actual music.
This video will get more than one million views just from my side, Such a beautiful song.
... What a gem to find... A girlfriend if mine sent me a link to this.
"She's a keeper"
I needed to hear this kinda lulling song right now. Cheers.
One of the cleanest songs ever recorded... Seriously...
The band just chillin in a mansion. Gettin creative and vibin.
Tiny music is my favorite STP album
Might be mine too. A lot of it reminds me of Bowie’s later stuff. I love the route STP went in with this one.
Same!
This brings tears to my eyes. Always been one of my favorite STP songs.
RIP Scott.
I get nostalgic. I close my eyes and picture myself inside a lounge with a high ceiling in the nighties, and STP is playing this live in a small room with a small stage, right in front of us.
That's some awesome footage of the house and how the band was at the time. The footage of Scott is bittersweet to see 6 years after his passing. He wanted to follow in the footsteps of his heroes like so many of us do and he was able to do it. If only he could have held onto it for a little bit longer. Such is life though.
i can't believe people used to put STP in the same category as pearl jam and other grunge band, they where on another level
I love this song, it's so comforting
My favorite STP song. It is a masterpiece. It is so underrated. ("The Big Empty" is a masterpiece, too, but at least people recognize that song.)
This track is the groovy and soulful - from Scott's voice down to the guitar strings - pure and raw Thanks STP for recording this jam
STP is the best forever. I hope you are resting in peace dear Scott.
