Absolutely right on the money !!! Home Runs are gifts from the baseball gods. If your head is not down and still on the pitched ball......your chances of making solid contact greatly diminishes.

no look drill I like it I've done it before it really helps.It helped to know which pitches are thrown to me and I've found out that an outside low pitch its my homerun pitch awesome stuff coach Justin catch you on the next one.

Ultimate Baseball Training also I have been going to these baseball clinics at a college and the pitching coach told me to puff out my chest when I am in my wind up and I don’t know why I have to do that?
