Housing is significantly cheaper than Orlando... Which is where most people that live in Deltona work for decent wages....

theres a glut of houses in delt now an when i lived there they couldnt sell em do to the 2008 recession they went empty and squatters moved n-thats why they say deltona massacre
another con of living here (if you're not obsessed with christmas) is the fact that the city puts up the happy holidays flags before halloween or thanksgiving

Our dream would be to live in Ormond because we love the beach but can’t find a house I like there that would be a good fit for us! That’s why I’m watching this video haha hope we like deltona 😂

@@livingindaytonabeachflorid1880 yes but it has to be a work from home position. My mother is 97 and cant be left alone for more than 30 minutes. She has difficulty walking.
