Don't worry, i'm here to clarify Basically, the ending takes place inside synthol's chest where peter's head is. Cleveland and Joe start fusing together as Quagmire slowly appears above them until eventually they all merge as Peter watches on in despair And in my take, The Darkness is keeping Peter alive just to torment and torture the living hell out of him. The Darkness could easily recreate Peter's body, give him a new one, or heck, even take his old body, but the Darkness just wants to make Peter suffer as he is tormented and watches on as a head that cant do anything but stare hopelessly. He cannot control what Synthol does and simply has to watch on in terror as his friends torment him In a sense, if Synthol were to uncorrupt, Quag, Joe, and Cleveland would be fine, but Peter would just die instantly because he is just a head with no body. And yes, since Retep is canon, that means Peter's regeneration powers are canon. However, although his body can regenerate a head, his head inside of Synthol's chest cannot since his regeneration abilities are supressed heavily by the Darkness. Hope that clears everything up. Also, as for the assets to this video, i'm almost finished with them. The folder does take a while to make so please be patient
One part you missed: Peter was injured during the fight, he could regenerate to... idk, get rid of the injuries. Edit: Hehe I cut another hole in the lore.

Yea, but his regeneration power is suppressed by the darkness, so while his body could/can regenerate a head, his head can't regenerate a body due to the darkness suppressing his regeneration power so Peter would basically be dead unless stewie somehow figures out how to bring his father back to life.

The fact that EVEN THOUGH Family Guy is a comedy show, where they take nothing seriously, they still are all scared and fighting for they're lives. They are now truly serious. That is terrifiying, considering they literally make jokes about apocalyptic sequences. The infection really is that scary. Peter never thought one day he would have to try, but here they are. The peace (kind of) of the Family Guy universe has been broken.
The amount of details that crotheon applies to all videos, Cleveland smiling when peter knew it's not him anymore, peter surprised when Stewie appears, the cross hair/clock in every tick, peter being corrupted after the guys starts singing together, Stewie in fear using blue ray trying to save his father and completely in fear trying to fight against the abomination using red Ray to attack. I love all of this. A stunning performance like always C. Take all the time you need to be at 100% every day my guy

10/10 I loved the sprites and everything about this, the Peter part was definitely brutal and I gotta admit I think Peter lived long enough to survive, and the intro part hitted hard. ngl can't wait for showdown and maybe outburst next very soon

It honestly ruined my day after I found out that now Peter can't do anything and that he's just a head. If he were healed, he'd die. If he were corrupted, he could only watch as his friends and family and darkness torture him. Man, imagine Stewie, though. He accidentally caused his father's death.

Gimmicks I could see in this: 1: Gravely Injured: You start at 1 HP and have a non-lethal health drain. The health drain won't apply after Peter has been ripped in half. 2: Inner Torment/Traumatized: Seeing all of his friends corrupted, Peter will start becoming enraged. During this phase, the chart will become unstable while Peter is singing. After Peter is torn in half, the instability comes back, and lasts until Stewie is all alone... 3: Resistance: When the corrupted friends grab hold of Peter, Stewie will try to pull him back. Don't miss during this section or Stewie won't keep his footing and will be pulled in with Peter, causing an instant Game Over. 4: Completed Amalgam: After Peter is absorbed by the corruption, it will form the towering monstrocity, Synthol, who will start running towards Stewie. Hit Blaster Notes to fire at Synthol, knocking them back. Do NOT miss these notes, as missing notes in each volley will weaken its overall knockback, missing too many will be too little knockback to save Stewie. Being caught by Synthol will cause an Instant Game Over.

Can we just take a second to admire the environment in this song? The amount of detail in the background is absolutely incredible. Not to mention the animations, really bringing this to life as always. I think the highlight was the decapitation of peter. This was very and I mean VERY well done!!! I love the attention to detail on Stewie's suit and his gun, I like to think of it where he's sort of in a defense state and switches to an attack state since his colors changed from blue to red. Overall, hella good job Crotheon, you really nailed it with this one!!!
Amazing job! The part I loved the most where instead of Peter getting somehow glitched out, instead you made a more logical way where Quagmire is just pulling Peter in with the rest of the corrupted guys and Stewie is using his gun to try to pull Peter back. Now he failed to save Peter by being the cause of Peter's death which said tug of war ended up ripping off Peter's head and hands to be apart of Them

I wanted to say a bit of a theory about the darkness if a character is controlled. ⬇️ So far a old theory was that characters throughout the multiverse become corrupted, as stuff gets cancels or odd reboots (The writing strike) (just keeping them forever, under control. Each time when a character gets attacked, they are given diff abilities depending of what the darkness pleases. If they loose a limb, the darkness could possibly regenerate them, or perhaps replace it with strange glitched pieces of the darkness like quagmire or any other. They cant escape, it can happen to different shows, video games, comic universes, animes They cant seem to perish with the darkness ruling over them. The darkness will just heal or regenerate their wounds. Another is some corrupted characters who had lets say a timeskip or grown up, can transform to a diff apperance from the past like a younger version or switch to a older version. Tv shows and etc have had those types of changes, like for example naruto. Idk maybe im getting too deep in this.

Man, Lois this is worst then the time that I had to fight the guys when they were covered in some glitchy goo and then I was consumed by this as well and Quagmire made us merge with him turning us into a singular entity and when Stewie was all by himself fighting us while I was headless

I wanted to say a bit of a theory about the darkness if a character is controlled. ⬇️
So far a old theory was that characters throughout the multiverse become corrupted, as stuff gets cancels or odd reboots (The writing strike) (just keeping them forever, under control.
Each time when a character gets attacked, they are given diff abilities depending of what the darkness pleases.
If they loose a limb, the darkness could possibly regenerate them, or perhaps replace it with strange glitched pieces of the darkness like quagmire or any other.
They cant escape, it can happen to different shows, video games, comic universes, animes
They cant seem to perish with the darkness ruling over them. The darkness will just heal or regenerate their wounds.
Another is some corrupted characters who had lets say a timeskip or grown up, can transform to a diff apperance from the past like a younger version or switch to a older version.
Tv shows and etc have had those types of changes, like for example naruto.
