I actually drove a C15 for a courier company 20 years ago, great Vans, very reliable and they're pretty quick for a diesel ,and top speed is 100 mph plus, one driver got 110 mph on the clock coming down the A1. I virtually lived in it the amount of hours I did back then, lol. Happy days .

Great setup, yea, but it s still far from real? You can't perceive what happens/moves next to you. Driving first person view in a game is fun, but you re missing half of the view/sense irl. I like first person when racing.
Horizontal field of vision in these games isn't 100% accurate. A perspective further back gives a wider field of view.

I had the C15 Diesel in the early nienties. It was a good lorry. Faster than a Golf Caddy, bigger than a Golf Caddy und needing less fuel than a Caddy or other "lorries" of this size. I remember 60PS und the Dieselmachine of the Peugeot 205. Really a good, cheap car.
A long time ago (somewhere in the 1990s) I bought a 205 Diesel from a courier service for 100 Marks. It didn't run and had 750,000 km on the odometer. I bought it for the back axle because it was brand new. When I got the car home, I noticed a puddle of Diesel on the trailer. Turned out that one of the fuel lines under the car was pinched off. I drove that car for another three years and put another 100,000 km on it. Until Germany almost quadrupled the tax on small Diesel cars in 1996. All of those great cars were scrapped or sold to Africa then. It made me really mad.
@@albinklein7680 i drove the same car for a while it had an 1.8l 4 cylinder Diesel with just 60 HP , it was not Fast by any means but it had so much Torque
@@albinklein7680 You could hardly kill that engine, even though it probably only had 45hp at the wheels, it always ran no matter what.
@@gsp911 I also had a VW Polo Diesel when I was young. 1.4 liter and 45hp. That thing was also impossible to kill. The only thing what was able to kill those cars was the German government with their ridiculous taxes on small Diesel cars. It made me really, really mad back then. I had to pay almost 800 marks tax per year for my 1.8 liter 60hp peugeot Diesel. While a 250hp BMW 535i cost 150 marks and was actually even tax exempt for two or three years after purchase just because it was new and featured a few senseless emission features which never worked anyway.
yes. 60PS and 1,8 Liter in the C15. 64 PS in the Peugeot 205. Gearbox nice and short to switch, the machine seemed to love surching the rev-limiter. It did not seemed to bee a Diesel. At that time the french had the better DIESEL-machines than the germans. Peugeot 205 allways won the tests in german motorjournals because of the so much quicker Motor.
I drove one of these for years delivering school lunches! Horrific to drive, no power steering shockingly bad brakes but the lunches were never late! 😂
When i was young, my grandpa had one in his ranch. This video remembers me him alot, beacuse he died in a crash (not with the citroen.) Good video!

Pour la petite histoire, il est parti en crabe dans un rond point un jour que j'étais trop pressé et il y avait juste la place entre la voiture derrière moi et celle devant pour m'insérer entre les 2. J'ai eu un peu de bol sur ce coup là :) Après ça, la voiture derrière moi a laissé au moins 100 m entre elle et moi, sûrement pas peur de ce jeune inconscient que j'étais. ;) Et sinon, pour aller en boîte la grande classe :)
