It happens in life but you should do more reciting verse 102, verse 255,285,286 of baqarah,Fatiha, falaq ,Nas, tawhid,Yasin in the morning if possible. If you can also surah al baqarah removes insanity sicknesses you can play and read with them.

@Zkregoran yes I had experienced alot of troubles and reading surah al baqarah all in one go can really relief you alot. Buy if you can't do the other ones I mentioned there in the comment. And always keep to your salat it's very good for protection never neglect salat infact all this is just telling you to stay close to God. You still could be tested by God but always pray for the best and he will surely give you even if it's not immediate be patient and keep away from major sins as much as possible.
