i be playing with the same ping of EU ppl on NA servers (since i am brazilian) and i am pretty sure that most of pika v2 moves are easy to pb, but the way that he runs is so annoying, flying and spamming
They need to make flight be reduced to only being like 20% faster than v1 no matter the % of hp and then decrease the dash distance to 1.33x or 1.5x more when above 75% so that the running capability is greatly reduced but it still feels like a v2
You have not played against whip tori, they fixed it but there was a combo where the guy would put a ton in tori and then use whip to infinite combo me while his massive burn damage ticks away, i couldnt evasive cuz burn wont fill the bar and i just rage quit because thats stupid
