SO many of Sezane's coats look great open. Great for people living in Southern Europe or maybe the UK. People in Canada and Northern USA need jackets that can be done up and have scarves / toques added. I've also seen so many UA-cam review videos with jackets open; I appreciate that you show them buttoned.

All but one shoe (M. Gémi Felize) in my life has given me blisters. I use a “tough strip” Band Aid. If I need more because the shoe rubs it off, I just curve boob tape around the band aid. It’s a lot of work at first, but you have no blisters during the break-in period.

However, I‘m very very unsure if I should keep them because they are SO uncomfortable and I don‘t want to risk 150€. Regarding the Mathew pants, I am 5.2 and I got the light blue ones in xxs. I can't wear them with flats but they are perfect with the Paula babies heel height and of course with trainers that have a hidden heel, like the Nike Air or similar. No need to hem them. Apparently the hand knitting brand is a group of "grandmothers" who knit the jumpers. Their site is very cool. I see that there are only 3 sizes and Sezane points out that they can't tell about the fit because every piece is slightly different in size which makes sense.❤
@milainnewyork UPDATE. I received the Sama jumper in xs in the almond colour. The colour is a dream 😊. I am between xxs and xs in Sezane knits. I wear Betty in xs because xxs is slightly pulling on the breast area. I am glad I got the Sama in xs. It would be slightly fitted otherwise. The sleeves are perfect and the jumper stops 1/2 inch under my belly button (I have a short torso). I can still tuck it in high waisted pants. I tucked it in the Wallace shorts with no issues. The material and thickness are the same as the Amiel. I have to point out that the thicker neckline might make it a bit more itchy for people who are sensitive. I could have sized up for extra length but I wanted something cropped. ❤

All my Emile cardigans are in S :) I like them oversized as they are. Beige Othello is easy to style, a very good beige (more cool toned/neutral than warm). Not the most flattering color for us that need deeper tones, but I love a good neutral and honestly, it goes with almost everything.. black, browns, greys, whites and lots of colored pieces too!

Oh yes Mila, you made the right decision to go with the Nate coat! It suits you way better color- and fit wise. The Andrew is just too bulky and the color less versatile
Hi! Pants are never tight in my waist, only hips. They won’t go past my hips if they’re that small. I didn’t even try size 36 (US4) since Sezane recommend to size up if you’re in between sizes. I went straight to 38 (6) and even then, they were slightly snug around hips. Loose around the waist, you can see there’s a gap in the back. Hope this helps! ☺️

@@ichephren haha don’t get me wrong, I love my hips! They’re 102cm - when I say they’re “large” it’s always related to my waist. I have over a 30cm gap (which is higher than average, hence no pants fit me right). I need pants in 36 for my waist, but 38 for my hips.
I love the cranberry colour of the Betty on you and I’m praying Sezane will bring it back so I can purchase it.

Oh yes Mila, you made the right decision to go with the Nate coat! It suits you way better color- and fit wise. The Andrew is just too bulky and the color less versatile

You said Martin cropped runs small, when you tried your usual size, were they tight around hips or your waist?
Hi! Pants are never tight in my waist, only hips. They won’t go past my hips if they’re that small. I didn’t even try size 36 (US4) since Sezane recommend to size up if you’re in between sizes. I went straight to 38 (6) and even then, they were slightly snug around hips. Loose around the waist, you can see there’s a gap in the back. Hope this helps! ☺️
I actually liked the Andrew coat on you. I think you are just not used to the style. Maybe give it another try in the future.

I returned the Andrew coat, too. The fit was not really flattering and I found the color more orange then a rosewood shade what I was hoping for.

You have a great shape and I hate to see you disparage your “large hips” which in my humble opinion are quite normal
@@ichephren haha don’t get me wrong, I love my hips! They’re 102cm - when I say they’re “large” it’s always related to my waist. I have over a 30cm gap (which is higher than average, hence no pants fit me right). I need pants in 36 for my waist, but 38 for my hips.
I have the Sacha in last years green. It is oversized and a perfect pea coat
