Just got one of these after my original Coolify cracked in half after a few years. I have to say, the Torras customer service experience has been much more pleasant than I'd have ever expected. I already have the upgraded Coolify 3 Special Edition which is a bump up in efficiency and function. I'm sure there's been another upgrade since I bought that. Unfortunately, I can't afford $3-400 each year for the upgrades... Well, I probably will, because these neck air conditioners are easily one of my most treasured possessions. 😁 I wore the 3 recently at my nephew's punk gig on a Sunday afternoon inside a packed sweaty club. Absolute perfection! Though I did catch lots of faux hate, after the people I allowed to try mine on were forced to pass it right back. Tee So far, this 2S feels somewhat more sturdy overall to me. Am I just imagining things er what? 🤙🤘🤩
Mine came to day I do have a Torras fan the super cute one with one neck conductor in the back, but this one that’s come today. Omg perfect for hot flushes absolutely love it. Just need to get my husband one now because he feels the cold so looks like I’ll have to get him one too , so he has his own to warm him up 😉 Your video was very informative. This is definitely the best fan, especially for cooling and the fact that it has heat as well is a bonus.
I hate how the more expensive neck fans all seem to have extra, unnecessary features. I don't want a speaker, a fitness tracker, or even a heater - I just want something that will actually cool me off reliably, and is built well. I want the R&D costs to go into that, not adding bluetooth capabilities.
Just purchased this, it's definitely great for inside and works really well when I was unloading a truck in the freezer, the warmer was great, working outside it's so hot you can't really tell if it's working or not, the air feels hot in direct sunlight, maybe it's not meant for super hot weather like 90+ with real feel of 100+ I'm not even a week of owning it so I don't want to make conclusions so soon but I'm already feel like I should return it, not worth the $250 I spent thinking I would be instantly cooled outside in direct heat, it could be it's just so damn hot record breaking heat that it wasn't meant to be pushed in n this kind of heat I really wish I went an spent the extra money for the 3rd version
I'm a partially blind author and illustrator, and I do several outdoor book signings throughout the year. They can last for 8-10 hours. Do you think this would be good for something like that where I'd be fairly stationary in a canopy, or is there a portable AC unit that would work better to just park in my canopy? Thanks!
Coolify is not bad but not at all the best neck air conditioner. I bought the coolify 2S and at first I loved it until recently when the weather started getting hot and it didn't work at all and even the back of my neck started getting hot which I couldn't stand. Until someone recommended AICE 3 to me, I have to say that compared to coolify 2s, AICE 3 is the real neck air conditioner, even if the temperature is now 95°F, it can still help me deal with it easily. It also helps me measure my heart rate and blood oxygen, letting me know how my body is doing. It does cost a bit more than coolify, but from my point of view, if you live where it gets over 90°F in the summer, it's a lot better value than coolify.😀
This is an upgrade version of the Coolify 2 from Tauras that came out last year. This is there 5th neck fan. Each one being slightly upgrade. The last one and this one being that there’s 2 cooling plates instead of one.
@@Jeffreviews4u I agree! I just wish the price was less. Ever since Tauras came out with the Coolify last year and added a second plate I’ve been seeing more neck fans on Amazon with 2 neck plates and waaay more affordable. As always great review! Keep up the good work!
I thought this was just another random youtube review, until I saw you pull out the thermometer, sound meter & then the speed gun! Good extra details. Interesting looking lawn mower you have there. Does it work well?
I'm impressed and am going to show my husband your video as he might want one. It's very expensive but seems pretty good and hopefully would last. Great review Jeff, thanks. 💕
NEVER leave home without one of the two I own! Oh man are these thing worth every penny. Last Sunday afternoon I crammed into a non-air-conditioned little beach club to watch my nephew's punk band. The other bastards were like trying to bribe me to use it for 15 minutes. HA! Think again, losers! 😆. I LOVE these things!!🤘🤙🤩 (PS ... chicks do need to band the hair up. And then your little fly aways will get yanked every once in awhile.) Oh! Plus if your Coolify fails you in it's design (ie; if you didn't run it over or accidentally toss yours into the burn pit) the super helpful, responsive and friendly customer service dept will replace it for you even after warranty. Just email them.🥳
Can you operate the cooler WITHOUT the fan on this 2S? You can't do this with just the 2. If so, this would increase cooling time per charge because the battery would not have to operate the fan.
And here mines defective just got it from best buy and the fan isn't working right on one side. Keeps going in and out. Screen glitching, and making a weird sound when the fan is trying to work.
Which is why I went with the even more expensive AICE 3. It automatically adjusts the temperature so that your body can't get used to it and you stay cool. Someone said, if you move 2S around to a different area of your neck, the coolness returns.
Used this for 30 minutes at work n didn't cool like it mentioned. It's a thumbs down for me. It's not worth the near 250 dlrs. I paid. I was excited when I purchased it, but was disappointed.
The word cool seems to be used a lot in yankeeland it would be interesting to find a product that does the real thing seller's exaggeration always socks?

This is the only real product review channel I'm enjoying! Way to go! Great channel Jeff.
I appreciate the support! Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment 🙂 👍
@@Jeffreviews4u No problem, Jeff. Keep the great reviews coming and I'll continue to support and comment ;)

ya I dont want a heater
Great review, this is the first one I’ve seen that didn’t seem like a paid review.

I bought AICE3 too! This cooling gadget almost instantly stops my sister’s hot flashes!!! LOVE IT!!
where to buy AICE 3?
This has to be a paid ad
I purchased the AICE 3 today just for the reasons that you mentioned.

Hey, it is supposed to be really hot on our Field Day next Thursday. I sure wish you lived near me so I could borrow it to test.
Would be good for package handlers inside the warehouse, also for the drivers too inside those hot trucks

Hi. I just got mine..what does the “voice prompt” in the app do?? Can’t find info anywhere. Great video.
how do you like it after 11 months?

In your opinion which one is better this or the Metaura Pro?
I got last year’s version an love it. Idk if I’ll upgrade because of the price.
Excellent review, thank you
Hi Jeff, how did you paired the device? I can't enter 'pair mode' on the device 🤔
This is so cool! Especially to have for this upcoming summer
Whats the sound app you are using on your phone to read noise level?
That one is called sound meter. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍
@@Jeffreviews4u no problem I love review videos and really like your format
I don't have one never heard of it
I think they've been out for a year or so. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍
Yeah that price ......ouch ! But great review however I'll need to improvise with something else !. Thx .
lol
It starts to blow out hot air after being on cool for awhile. Doesn't cool as advertised!!!

It'll leave really cool suntan lines on your neck tho 😂
That will go good with my trucker tan 😅
There are Neck 'FANS" that are around $30 that do not heat or have A/C that works fine for me .
I think the Aice3 is better
I've seen that one, but it comes with a big price tag. Maybe I'll do a comparison. Thanks for stopping by and commenting 👍
I just got the Coolify 3! I’m about to do a review of it! It’s top of the line now!!
I love global warming 😂
Does this actually produce cold air? Or just a fan?
