I dont understand even after i research how possible dreamcast has achievements while the console was discontinued way back and the achievements system came out in xbox 360 so a generation after!
That's because these are not official achievements. These were created by fans on the website RetroAchievements(dot)com since 2012 and you can get them by creating an account there and earning them through emulation. Try it out!
