ERRATUM: Apparently, there’s a Creta variant that partners the wireless Apple CarPlay with wireless smartphone charging. The one we drove in Cebu wasn’t equipped with this feature.
Creta is truly a great crossover. Comfort and style at its finest. Good fuel efficiency and performance is amazing. Been driving a lot of brands and models, truly Creta gives the highest level of driving experience. 🇵🇭 The design is also unique.
Got the Creta GLS and I am very happy with it. Safety features and performance are great! It looks close to premium and can fit someone who's sporty or wants a professional feel

I like the regular GL variant's external look better than the GLS'. The Magnetic Silver color in my opinion shows off the creta's curves and angles better than the other colors.
The car is good, especially the sensing. The problem lang is that Hyundai Shaw only gave me 1 key fob with no idea when they will give the second one. medyo mahirap silang matawagan.
Sa Hyundai Las Pinas they gave me two remote keys. Nagkakanda ubusan ng stocks. As of this moment but soon you’ll have yours and for the others na nag purchase.
Tinest drive ko creta, Went with an MG ZS instead. Almost went for the coolray but for the price, the MG ZS made more sense to me. Good review. Thanks.
Creta GLS. The best, we've owned it for 6 months now, walang wala Territory, ZST or Coolray sa efficiency power ratio. (Yes na test drive ko lahat). Tipid na sa gas, mura pa maintenance, power its there when u need it, sasabay sa Fortuner sa hway. That 1.5L IVT is the best in class, greatly tuned.
Legit question: is there a system/mode/technology that can assist the driver when driving down a steep road? (Apart from frequently stepping on the brakes)?
Still sad that this replaced the Kona, which is one of the most popular new cars in 2019 and well-received here in PH. Kung bibili ako ng brand new na Hyundai, Kona na sana, kaso naging Creta. Although i understand that Creta is more spacious and more cheaper in the pocket as compared to the 2.0 engine in Kona. The 2.0 engine is what makes Kona great! either way Creta is an 'okay' car, but i'll not buy it.

CONS: 1. Hyundai after sales / repair service is so bad. Based sa experience, naaksidente Hyundai Kona ko, dinala ko both Hyundai Makati and Manila. Surprise! they can't fix it there, so kelangan ko dalhin daw sa NISSAN OTIS, imagine that, Hyundai repaired sa Nissan kasi wala daw sila kakayahan gawin yun. So it took really really long time to fix it, kasi hindi sya priority ng taga Nissan. 2. The electronic handbrake is unsafe! mahirap sya kapain in case of sudden need for it, compared sa yung may handle talaga.
Parang s tuwing binabanggit nya yung word n creta ay nag iiba iba yung tono or pronunciation nito 😅 Also medyo boring na parang unsure sya sa mga sinasabi nya kumabaga hndi heart felt pra sakin n viewer, Practice p cgro. Nghahanap kc aq ng other review ng creta pero same lng din sa ibng reviewer prng nag kokopyahan sila ng script 😅

There should always be 2(TWO) Key fob they should give you when buying a new car. I wouldn't take that unit if it's in my situation. My 2 cents.

How do you turn the ambient lighting on and off? Does it automatically turn off? I noticed mine does not light while driving.

It’s 8 simulated gears but it’s still IVT (a.k.a. CVT).

Apparently, it has. Thought we were given the top-of-the-line variant for this drive.
