The cop shooting a hole in the neighbors' house is just beautiful. Perfect detective work and perfectly executed raid. Just as the cop said, for a "stupid snow blower".
The county got off easy with $500,000 penalty. It wasn't enough money for them to learn their lesson.

How does the most populous county in the state have a jail that doesn't know the law about shackling pregnant women? Or they know but don't care until the media finds out. And taxpayers pay out $500,000. It's ridiculous that they took her to jail in the first place, she wasn't the suspect.

It doesn't matter what they know. They broke the law and therefore they must be punished - by spending a few months in jail. Everyone who participated and didn't stop it.
That 500k should come out of the pigs pension instead of tax payers dollars.
100% I'm tired of seeing these incidents where these morons do stupid stuff and the taxpayers pay for it.
Doing that might actually make them behave a little better. Make it cost them so they have some skin in the game.
They didn't mention this time that the cops tried to DEPORT Sara after the lawsuit was filed!! She was a new mom, that had committed no crimes, thrown down and handcuffed after complying, not charged but held for 36 hours, shackled while in labor and denied medical care until her water broke!!!! Her husband also committed NO crimes... Charged, jailed and missed the birth of his first child, lost his job!!!!! Charges against him weren't dropped for a year!!!
That idiot detective only got a three day suspension? He ruined these people's lives.

Missing is the fact they tried to deport Sara for committing a crime, even though she wasn't charged with any crime.
