- Sean Bett, Depp's head of security, testified that he saw injuries on #JohnnyDepp's face after an altercation with #AmberHeard. When asked on direct if he saw any similar injuries on Heard, Bett said, "None." Bett testified to the volatile relationship he witnessed between Depp and his ex-wife.

Well actually... the defamation is based on her writing an article that she has been parted of an abusive relationship... which, she clearly was. There's a lot on the physical side so far, but Im curious whether her defense will start to present emotional damage on her side.

My hubby is a 6.4” biker and went with a woman like this.
He is a gentle giant and his ex did everything to try and make him physically fight her.
She broke into the house and attacked his teenage daughter .
Tried to hit him with her car but hit a house supporting pole that is still bent.
She bit his nose which still has a serious divot.
She tried stabbing him and still has the scars on his arm where he defended himself.
She smashed most the walls inside his house and would run onto the rd out front screaming he is bashing her.
We have been together 27 years and I knew him for years before and not a violent bone in his body.
But if you believed her..

Not much you can do when the judge has spoken, if she sustain the objection it's done. I do find the objections petty at times, like when the security man said he was an police officer, I get they want as little as possible said but still, these cases are bend in directions that doesn't always tells the whole story.

#1 He DIDN'T WITNESS VIOLENCE but #2 He listened to what sounded like a violent confrontation and #3 He isn't allowed to testify as to his experience or hear-say, so his comment isn't "an inconsistency" they just won't allow him to elaborate as to WHY he said that to Amber.

It is not unusual for the bodyguard to not have "seen" violence in action since abusers tend to abuse when there are no witnesses around. The fact that the guard was not present when the violence occurred is rather routine.
I used to have lived in a situation like Johnny's. A woman who likes to throw things, hit and punch. I still remember the moment that my blood burst out of my finger bcos she threw picture frame with glass and shattered on my finger and cut my finger. I really do know how Mr. Depp feels about living with a pshyco who loves to play victim. Living in such a toxic relationship can break you down to the point you became depressed and even have a suicidal thoughts. I hope you win this trial Johnny. Bcos a gentleman can also be a victim of abuse.

Until you've been with a runner when you're an anxious person who gets disregulated by people who refuse to face up to fixing the issues that are killing the relationship, you won't understand. The way to achieve your own sanity is to try resolve the issues. For someone like Depp, he just wants to run away and never face up to it. Its crazymaking being with someone who tells you they love you and want it to work, but run away at the same time. Then he was also saying mean things and getting wasted, it starts to destroy you emotionally after a while, and then you start fighting back.

There is a difference between hearing and seeing violence. Two things can be true at the same time. Therefore, he is not being inconsistent in his testimony.
It is not inconsistent. He heard violence, he didn't see, he heard them vent. He did not see.
If anything, there is one inconsistency: She threw a plastic object, and he saw that. To him it might not be considered violence, to a person less used to violence, it might be seen as such.

How is anyone supposed to paint an accurate Picture of what occurred, when Amber's Team keeps Objecting to so many Questions about Amber's Actions & Behavior?? All the Questions that Sean (the HOS) answered about Johnny, were damn near ALL Objected to when used in Reference to Amber. How Convenient... I never once got the Impression that Sean was bias towards 1 Side or the other... He was simply retelling what he Witnessed & tried to share what he'd been told by Others.
Amber has shown time & time again that she's, not only, a Liar, but the Aggressor, who Escalated most, if not all, of the Verbal Arguments to Physical Violence. Side Nugget of Info: I believe her Bruises were from Filler/Botox Injections, NOT Johnny!! Fillers/Botox are known to cause Bruising, but not usually alot of Swelling. Which would explain why she had Spotty Uniform Bruising, w/out the Swelling that usually accompanies being Hit w/ an Object &/or Hand. Which is why in the Photo of Johnny w/ the Injury under his Left Eye, he had Swelling along w/ the Bruising, not just Bruising.

When in a problematic relationship and one of the partners want to address the issues,but the other chooses to be silent,no resolution will be found and this non participation can become extremely frustrating to the partner who wants to find resolution. In my opinion this in itself is a form of emotional abuse and listening to the proceedings thus far i get the impression that mr depp was not willing to participate in any disagreement or grievances she may have had.

does hearsay qualify for labours that require change of staff (in shifts) and verbal passing on of information? for example if a doctor were to start a shift ... or rather doesn't security jobs entail knowing information? and isnt verbal transfer of that information between coworkers of the same company pivotal and not peripheral to discretional decisions made on the job? if a colleague told me they're getting off shift but that there's ... I dunno .. a tree fell on the highway... ..won't i act upon it? if I went there and found there is no tree, wouldn't that previous conversation with a coworker be relevant to my choosing to go there? Moreover, if I were to, by assumption, take all communications with coworkers as false until provided with undeniable proof, we'd probably still be swapping menhirs instead of coins...
