For combos better hit W before Q because with the shield you will take a little less dmg from enemy. Its great when you are a spirit and taking trades.
For runes i usually recommend going revitalize if the enemy has a lot of poke and you want to maximize the shield you get from and the late game lifesteal
I'm gonna add something very quick even tho I don't play a lot of Yone yet. If things go south and game turns into a mess. You can decide after the Hullbreaker to build Iceborn gauntlet instead of IE and go for Death dance to be more tanky. That way you can engage with E->R then Q to slow and your team can follow you easily thanks to the Iceborn proc. You still do a lot of dmg too.
Just fought a good Yone as Teemo and I was very confused as to why he could hit me in E while he was blinded, didn’t know his Q looked like regular sword attacks
Mundo can be a very difficult matchup if you don't know how to dodge his Q poke, since those will be the reason why you die. It's also that you can't just afk farm with a Mundo in lane, because he can and WILL outscale you because he gains both health and ad from items, so good luck dealing with a Mundo who isn't inting!
i think rushing bork vs harder match ups is better than kraken slayer because the sustain and the dueling potential it gives is really good if you're struggling to win lane, A vamp scepter rush can make me stay in lane for 3x longer than i'd usually stay because yone q aoe just heals too much
Why play Yone top? Well, he always has M7 that he spams, he always types something after you kill him in the first minutes and he is an awesome free lane 😅 (but that's just my experience). Awesome guide as usual 🏆
@@3MinuteLeagueofLegends he can straight up just buy resist for you, you can't for him unless you want zero damage, he has way too much health as is, he can just straight up 1v1 at level 1 and come out on top if he lands his q's which are brain dead to land. He needs a nerf but theres too many people who like tryharding on him so they wont.
He can become an easy matchup if you can abuse his weak level 1 (unless for some reason he's running lethal tempo), because after he gets E to shred your armor, you can't win trades against him without additional cc from your team or lifesteal to counter his low Q damage before stacking it. But then again, you can just get fed off of him, he will still afk farm for 20 minutes and 1v9 unconditionally

Pair him with his brother on bot lane and the enemy duo can say goodbye to having fun that game
When we’re messing around at the end of an evening my friend and I often play J4 and Lee Sin bot - it honestly usually goes pretty well 😂

Nasus is easy just freeze the wave and deny him q stacks he doesn't do damage without them
