    आसान चिकन स्टू रेसिपी
    Ingredients
    500 grams chicken(wings & thighs)
    3 pcs tomatoes (sliced)
    3 cloves garlic(minced)
    2 medium onions (sliced)
    salt and pepper (to taste)
    red and green chili
    1 thumb size ginger (sliced)
    2 medium potato (quarted)
    2 cups coconut milk
    spring onion or coriander
    1 tsp lemon extract or calamansi extract
    Procedure
    1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper. set aside for 30 minutes.
    2. Saute ginger, garlic, onion and chili, add the chicken. Stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
    3. Add the tomatoes, potatoes and coconut milk. Add salt and pepper to taste, Cover and boil until tender, stir occasionally .
    4. Add lemon extract and top with spring onions.
    5. Serve. 😊
