With the hail of bombs talent I use a cluster bomb build bc there isn’t any good HoB cards, so it’s just ultimate spam, I start with chronos and then deft hands
Her first talent WAS her best one, now it's one of the weakest one, before the fire applied to all of her abilities too, now just to her main weapon, just use gotta bounce
Tbf, When Hail of Bombs combined with that Shit made it so that the point was off Limits to the enemy team, I'm surprised Firey disposition didn't get Gutted sooner.

For me First and third talent are the ones that are useful, for the items i usually go Deft, Rip, Trigger, last item i usually go for anti cc. + nimble if using 3rd talent For the cards on First talent usually i would go cluster cd 3, lost realm(blast radius) 5, cluster heal 1, hp 4, eureka 2 Third Talent i would go EP heal 5, EP air control 3, EP speed 3, hp 2, lost realm 2 First talent items Buy deft hands , Trigger, Rip, Chain or Plating Third talent items Buy nimble, deft, rip, chain or plating I would just spam choke points and provide as much as crowd control If i have ult i would use it in these scenario a. Flanking(and ult them to delete them permanently) b. Chase ( if the target is already way ahead i would not use it) and that's all make sure when you ult people dont easily spot you as you will be a big target with that long animation :D
Try dredge first then. I think he's easier cause if you go with harpoon talent you get a lot of self sustain and it makes it easier to deal with high mobility flankers.
Many people thinks that deft hands should the primary item for Betty but reload speed is actually not that important for her. It’s much better to rush Chronos and spam your abilities. You also get your jump back faster so it helps you to survive. Also, her Ono good talent is the first one, the other two is practically useless. Many people think controlled fury is great as it so more dmg, but hail bombs are not just for doing dmg but to zone out certain points so by making the area smaller you are actually working against yourself.
So, back when I still played this game on the Switch, I'm not afraid to admit I was one of the Shitheads that, if I felt like Playing as her at the time, would basically become the Bane of the Enemy team's existence as Betty La Bomba. Seriously. I'd throw down Hail of Bombs and the Cluster Grenade on the point or somewhere in a Choke the enemy team had to go through, and then use Explosive Personality to aid in Carpet Bombing. Needless to say, I'd piss off the entire enemy team with my Shenanigans, and I don't blame them one bit. XD
well I just realized that betty is just a buffed willow... in every sense you want to read that... a blaster throw a bomb that produce more bombs... and can fly.... wait willow just managed to have some "flight" out of her ult that could almost rivalize betty mobility.... but somehow her kit produce more bomb allow to move faster and do more damage... can someone say that he hate that fatty ugly stupid champion? willow (9 ammo) is a 0.75s for 500 damage blast.... betty (6ammo) is a 0.6s for 700 damage blast... and if miss it bounce and explode after 2s for 560 damage!!! willow (CD 13s) "seedling" deal 400 damage after 1s and spawn 4 secondary that deal also 400 damage also after 1s... betty (CD s) "cluster grenade" deal 250 damage after 0.4 and secondary deal 500 after 3s.. up to 6 secondary grenades!!! willow (CD 16s) "dead zone" AoE 5s prevent healing and deal 100 damage (25unit radius) max range 500... Betty (CD 14s) "hail of bombs" AoE spray explosives all around for for 370 (20 units radius) willow (CD 10s) "flutter"... dash upward betty (CD 10s) "explosive personality"...jump forward and upward damaging(235 damage 35 units radius) and knocking back enemies under you up to 3 times ULT willow... fly for 10s... CC immune, refill wand. betty... fly for few seconds and blast AoE for 1900 damage... is it just me or there's a big problem there? either one is OP buffed or the other need more love...

I like how it doesn't really feel unfair being against Betty, though I wonder if she will eventually be nerfed in some way.

betty la flanka is the best playstyle IMO they do gotta drop that move speed penalty though, it's too much.
