I take a bit of exception about some comments that all RVs are junk. I have been RVing for 51 years. We are on our 9th RV. Only 1 ever had to be taken back for even the most minor service. Everything worked perfectly on all of them all of the time and they saw lots of use travelling throughout most of North America. Fortunately I was always able to do the minor service like caulking repair and greasing myself. My tow vehicles were the same.
@@WhereRVGoingThe new RVs being produced are NOT the quality they were in the past. Everyone knows how cheap these things have been made the last few years. Thank God I started looking at chat boards because these are a total ripoff when the companies won’t stand behind their products! I am selling my house and was going to retire with one of these and the quality is low and the way the factories aren’t standing behind their products there’s no way. I’ve had plenty of RV’s in the past myself and did have these problems.
The RW is a great design. Our favorite. I see the RLW has use the rear lounge area and have integrated reclining seats with the murphy bed. I would like to see that option in the RW. I REALLY REALLY REALLY LIKE THE BACK LOUNGE AREA. HUGE PLUS. I would love the front over cab part to be like the Ford. Big with big window. 800lb capacity.
Tiffin made a move in the right direction with the 25 RLW all electric. However, they need to propose an option with NO generator (save 202 lbs), and instead offer a new electric system with a second alternator 250A and dc-dc charger (balmar or other), two batteries 310AH (620 AH TOTAL) Xantrex (add 184lbs) and remove the two 100ah batteries under the door stairs ( saved 50 lbs and the new 620ah can be installed in the generator location, with the inverter still located on the right side ). Then Tiffin should Replace the 2000 w inverter with the Xantrex XC pro 3000 watts inverter (only add 1,4 lbs and same size compared to 2000 lbs to allow running the A/C and convection owen), the batteries should be connected to the second alternator (to effectively Replace the generator at idle engine). Tiffin should find a way to install 3 x 190watts solar panel on the roof connected to one mppt controller 50a, and adding a second mppt controler with an external MC4 connector plug user accesible, allowing to connect 2 x 200 watts or 2 x 300watts external panels with 40 feet wire ( to charge even in shaded campground place). with 575W + 400W external would be perfect for 620ah battery. Finally Tiffin should replace the 15000 btu A/C with a Truma Aventa Silent Air Conditioner (that can run on 15a or 30a) with ducted roof installation lilke the Unity RL, and it is more energy efficient. As they already completely copied the LTV Rear Lounge 2024 design, i would finish the job and upgrade as well the table (bigger table and more practical found on the Unity RL). If Tiffin cannot fit more solar panels on the roof, I would recommend adding the second mppt controler for external panels at least. They should revisit their roof layout, ( maybe by adding a roof rack allowing installing the panel on it, maybe by moving few items to allow more panel ( This is very very important especially with an all electric coach with the 12V compressor fridge and the induction cook top). they could make the bunk extension roof more flat to allow install another 190W. I think they can move one item on the roof to install another 190W on the right, ( like the 190W already installed on the left). Believe me these are the right choices. NO Slide, NO Propane, NO Generator, Big battery, Big inverter, Second Alternator dedicated to lithium battery, Big Solar Set on the roof and external MC4 extension, MPPT solar controlers. The RV would be the total Perfection, especially it could have a Cargo capacity of 1100-1200 lbs.

@@WhereRVGoingthe only issue that i can see with the Xantrex xc pro 3000, is apparently when connected to shore power the inverter should detect the load and shut down the batteries charger temporary if the load is at the max and re enable it when the load de decrease. It is suppose to do that but apparently it don’t. Victron Multiplus II 12/3000/120 is capable to do that, and it is working . The battery charger would starve the power and create an inverter harsh shutdown that could damage your devices. You can set the threshold to limit the charging though but you have to do that manually each time. No such issues with the Victron and the victron do that automatically however the Victron is 48 lbs and the xantrex is 18,6 lbs. you can also connect up to 6 multiple Victron to increase the capacity. Also the Victron is only capable of 2400w so 20amps continuous (20a x 120v= 2400w) xantrex do 3000w continuous at 104F so can do 30amps. Victron is also bigger which could make the integration difficult in a sprinter chassis. But for a dual kit alternator NATIONS they need a battery with a external bms so Victron or Lithionics. So today i would highly recommend to choose the Truma Aventa A/C air Conditioner as it uses between 10 to 14 amps depending of the mode while the dometic 15btu you probably have in the Tiffin use 18a. This is a problem as currently you cannot run any other appliances if you run the A/C on battery. For me , dual alternator kit and big battery Victron 660ah and victron Inverter, lynx distributor, monitor, with victron bms with wakespeed ws500 dc regulator seem to be the most professional choice without getting too fancy with dual inverter and rerouting the A/C on one inverter and other appliances on the second, to have more power but keep the weight under 48 lbs. it depends on the devices you have. There is a ladder to climb into the bunk. Smaller than the larger sized class C bunk but the average sized adult would fit. Just one person, though, in my opinion.
I have been hearing a growing number of concerns regarding the Sprinter. In all honesty, I own a Promaster and never imagined it could be a superior choice compared to Mercedes.
If you’re gonna buy an RV then you need to be an auto mechanic, electrician, vehicle electrician, plumber you name it if you’re not handy don’t buy one unless you don’t mind paying someone else to handle stuff. Your bouncing down the road, stuff will loosen up and or break
I totally agree with you that RVs are a lot of work and can be a real challenge to maintain. But UA-cam is a great resource for learning how to deal with issues that come up. Just like owning a home, not everyone is handy, so we end up hiring pros to fix problems. It's the same thing, really.
I just don’t get all of your knocking on every damn thing and what is the companion or visitor who is with you supposed to be doing. He adds and subtracts from all? This is nice and compares a bit to Leisure vans.
weirdest thing I've ever seen. what's with the odd little seats up front? why no slideout? (nvm, it's for OCCC). that loft cover is really disgusting for the price point.
So even though there is a Trailer hitch. Being he didn't talk about towing capacity. I guess it doesn't work / Have the ability to tow a small car or a Jet ski ?? 😢
Because it changes from dealer to another, some offer heavy discounts depending on their inventory, the Wayfarer can be purchased for approximately $ 205K
Tiffin copied Leisure Travel Vans Unity Rear Lounge edition almost exactly. In fact I think the Unity Real Launge might be a bit better b/c u can at least sleep 3 adults plus 1 child if u set up the extra beds in te front. 😂
Don’t need to know what we can see , Tell us why the later the model, the less they offer, what happened to outside TV The European and Mexican offer more. You must be new you seem to get excited of standard item.

I think the problems are most often the generator , the slide, the water line , the bathroom. But i would remove the generator, the tiffin RLW have no slide, the bathroom is one residential piece, the only issue could water line and electric battery system. But you can install s full victron system and you can insulate the tank put a heating in the bay put foam under belly move all the water lines above floor. Sadly Tiffin is not yet here for electric system and water line and tank. Only one coach is currently certified by Truma to work at -15C. It is not yet Tiffin, it is not LTV either

thanks for your comment, they're approximately $205K
Engine & transmission? Nobody wants to talk about
I have been hearing a growing number of concerns regarding the Sprinter. In all honesty, I own a Promaster and never imagined it could be a superior choice compared to Mercedes.
Man shutting that door and twisting it shows how cheap they are wow
If you’re gonna buy an RV then you need to be an auto mechanic, electrician, vehicle electrician, plumber you name it if you’re not handy don’t buy one unless you don’t mind paying someone else to handle stuff. Your bouncing down the road, stuff will loosen up and or break
I totally agree with you that RVs are a lot of work and can be a real challenge to maintain. But UA-cam is a great resource for learning how to deal with issues that come up. Just like owning a home, not everyone is handy, so we end up hiring pros to fix problems. It's the same thing, really.
Price
I just don’t get all of your knocking on every damn thing and what is the companion or visitor who is with you supposed to be doing. He adds and subtracts from all? This is nice and compares a bit to Leisure vans.
It needs seatbelts in the rear seating area
Don't quote me on that, but I think it does have them... I recall seeing them
Not enough OCCC for more passengers most likely. Typically Tiffins on the Mercedes has really low OCCC
Americans need to catch up on design.. go check on european and korean RV... cheaper and better design .
I'm sure they are, you're right the American RV industry can learn and adapt a lot from them
C'mon, baby. You know that rear lounge table is lame AF.
Thank you for your comment and critique
weirdest thing I've ever seen. what's with the odd little seats up front? why no slideout? (nvm, it's for OCCC). that loft cover is really disgusting for the price point.
I agree with you, the loft window cover could've been something much more elevated in style and cost too... the front two seats are actually cool
@@WhereRVGoing I guess I’m not seeing the functionality of the front seats, maybe have to see it in person.
Metal /deathmetal group three piece
Not sure I understand
Plain and simple I will buy one to travel tour. That’s the reason to get one
Gotcha... I'm excited for you
sales hype lol
He's just enthusiastic
So even though there is a Trailer hitch. Being he didn't talk about towing capacity. I guess it doesn't work / Have the ability to tow a small car or a Jet ski ?? 😢
The tow capacity is 5000 lbs.
They never tell the price
Because it changes from dealer to another, some offer heavy discounts depending on their inventory, the Wayfarer can be purchased for approximately $ 205K
Tiffin copied Leisure Travel Vans Unity Rear Lounge edition almost exactly.
In fact I think the Unity Real Launge might be a bit better b/c u can at least sleep 3 adults plus 1 child if u set up the extra beds in te front. 😂
Perfect, thanks so much for the clarification... I was wondering whom copied who?
$$$$$$ ?
Aporox 205,000$
Tanto spazio sprecato. Disposizione assurda. Dinette anteriore senza senso.
you're right
Very inprofessional video
Why do you think so?
Don’t need to know what we can see , Tell us why the later the model, the less they offer, what happened to outside TV
The European and Mexican offer more. You must be new you seem to get excited of standard item.
Thank you for your comment, it was his first tour video, you got it right!
I don't like the not private shower in the hallway. I don't like the over cab bed as you can"t even sit up in it. Oh well, I didn't make it and I can never buy it.
Thanks for your comment
Is that STANDARD on the tiffin STANDORD..WAYFAIR.. Those lights light up when you open the door..only ones doing that..standard on the tiffen wayfair! Body paint STANDARD!…propane……..STANDARD! Generator..you got it! STANDARD ON THE TIPPEN WAYFAIR! I know it’s 2023 but again we are the only ones using those high tech light bulbs to keep you safe from knitters….STANDARD!….😅….somebody count the word standard..or tippin WAYFAIR..I’m guessing 60-70…chime in boys..closest one gets a free T shirt from where RV going…😂..oh…….it’s a standard tippin WAYFAIR shirt….😂😂😅
I hear you... he was just too proud for working for Tiffin, nothing I could do to stop him 😀
Learn to talk not show how proud you are
he's just excited to be on the video and a proud employee
Don't fall for any RV' s all are junk. You will have in the shop soon with all kinds of headaches
The beauty of rvlife ;)
I think the problems are most often the generator , the slide, the water line , the bathroom. But i would remove the generator, the tiffin RLW have no slide, the bathroom is one residential piece, the only issue could water line and electric battery system. But you can install s full victron system and you can insulate the tank put a heating in the bay put foam under belly move all the water lines above floor. Sadly Tiffin is not yet here for electric system and water line and tank. Only one coach is currently certified by Truma to work at -15C. It is not yet Tiffin, it is not LTV either
The one that meets your needs and makes you happy 😊
@@FloridaProud7684 Chinook Maverick eb360 or the Summit eb360. But the msrp is very very hefty. They put the best and are the only one Truma certified four seasons tested at -15C. Everything is designed to not freeze. Bay, water line, electric system, they analyzed any spot of cold. And the only one with a fire suppression system and set of sensors for security
@@FloridaProud7684 the guy removed my response. Not very honest channel.
Dude.. vvhy mercedes?? They stole merican camper designs (most of em) and y'all didnt bother with *overprice* tag plus ZERO TAX for them to put their brand on america continent ?? 🤣
Mercedes is a well-liked brand in the industry. However, I am not in a position to comment on the political considerations behind their popularity.
NOPE!! No OVEN? Not interested!
Thanks for your comment
So blah blah blah. Give some real video and info. Good thing the entry door for the driver is at the fromt.
Sorry to hear that you're not pleased, did you try using the chapters in the video? You can skip to the next section(s) you're interested in... thank you for your comment, we appreciate it
Nice rv..... but overpriced
All motorhomes and camper vans have become overpriced lately, especially considering the quality they offer.
I have seen the builds of these and they are poor. Glue nails cheap cheap material. No looks great til you drive off the lot. They need to build these kind of RVs with better quality materials They charge enough.
Agreed 👍🏼
Camera man was to gabby.
Thanks for your comment and critique
Why do all RVs all have the same ugly paint jobs?
And useless bed over cab..
I guess the industry need some creativity with paint jobs
Too much salesman for me, did not find it that informative all sales pitch!
Thanks for your comment. He is indeed a salesman for Tiffin
Lot of space wasted
how would you have designed it? all inputs are vauable and weighed by Tiffin design teams
