Real talk, I started meditating and practicing Breathwork about a year ago my, everything shifted for me. I feel so blessed. If you don’t practice, start small, 5-10 minutes at a time. Be consistent. 🙏

@wabbit6653 I have 3 raw eggs every morning, I take fish oil, garlic oil, Q10, I make drinks with watermelon, kiwi fruit, Grapefruit, lemons, collagen, cod liver oil, Brewer's yeast, honey. I'm trying to cut back on sugar, but I have sweet tooth, I'm one stripe away from my black belt in BJJ and I do MMA 6 days a week, I try to get some weights in once or twice a week, but as with everyone else, time and money are always a problem. Trying to find ways to make extra money looking into e commerce at the moment, a mate at training is doing Andrew Tate's HU at the moment and is doing ok.

I been following the both of you for years and what you say is so simply logical! You make it all sound so easy, just pick up the text read it and do it! The issue is, when a persons has been programmed for so many years one way, just simply following instructions isn’t so simple! Changing my entire belief system has been hell! I was raised a jw and my world has been completely flipped, learning all this has been a true blessing and you both have been a light in this darkness! Almost a year ago, I had a voice speak to me telepathically. I was the only one that could hear it, and indeed was in my head but the strange thing is the voice did not sound like mine. It sounded like a concerned mother I’m still baffled to this day, but it was nothing negative.

I feel like Billy's the only one out there doing this. The understands to show off a little bit so that people will imitate it. He's exactly right. People need to see somebody being successful implementing these things so that they understand it's real. Somebody needs to see somebody being successful in life but their whole successes off helping other people. You see most people want to help other people but they're not in positions to do so or think that. So it's very important that people see somebody having a great life even though they live their life in service to others to help other people, but they were able to do it. How they want it to was their own freedoms.

i always know when certain thoughts come from my higher self because they come out of nowhere, completely out of left field and they are phrases or sentences i never use but keep repeating in my mind, they even occur at times of synchronicity just to make it obvious who is actually speaking in my mind. i love getting those direct thought messages. but you need to ask for them.
It's the higher-self, yes. The higher-self is a direct connection and/or reflection of One. The higher-self bridges the gap between communication with One, like a filter for instance. We are individuals having an individual experience in the physical bodies, our consciousness is of one being. We are a applied thought manifested by One. The whole Universe is an applied thought manifested. To be of Oneness is to know the true self. We are many of One.

Billy is solid on applying sacred knowledge. We are mistaken to suggest its "all available ". The best secrets are saved til last. The illumination is beginning to pour out of the earth where the correct shapes and minerals congratulate, at nodal intersections and loops, and the leylines themselves are becoming more illuminated with every solar storm. Billy is right. You gotta know what to search for. Perhaps at times the knowledge finds you. I call them nudges to guide us to helping ourselves. At times when to directly ask for guidance by means of heart's true intent the answers present itself in meanings our individual selves can feel true, because the heart knows no lies. We feel it true to know it, then we find it true through discovery and experience. It's never truly learning, but remembering the true self. Once you start remembering lost knowledge found by means of feeling there's no way of unknowing it. If you don't take it in strides, the knowledge can be consuming and one can go crazy over it.

ever since 5 yrs of age, always knew & felt that all was not true. religions stratified the inhabitants of this world. it will take time for each being to eventually evolve beyond the limitations & ingrained beliefs. I was not ever able to resonate with the bible. Now am clear minded to intuitively go within for truth. I realize that it is all a labor of love for myself, and makes the hardships and challenges easier to embrace as a human. My inner understanding is. different than most. I do not debate with anyone regarding belief systems. non-interference keeps the threat factor out of consciousness. there is more to share and appreciate your discipline and dedication in this work
