Happened to see the Ullozhukku. Urvashi and Parvathy's acting was exceptional, as it effectively communicated the undercurrents of the mind to the audience. With the dexterity of the writing and direction, the setting of Kuttanad and the floods, Cristo Tomi overcomes the absence of a plot in the story.
The audience experiences the chill that penetrates and induces a state of mind-altering flow as Sushin Shyam's music and the cadence of the undercurrents in the minds are synchronised, causing them to tread on water and sensing the pain of isolation. The Ullozhukku remains frozen in the mind.
