@@jimjakosh2506 thx Jim, I guess I am lucky on the tools part, for skills and creativity the road is miles ahead. I appreciate your time and sweet comment 🤝
Nice Job. Any chance you could relay type of brass, Bits, speeds and feeds you used to do your branding iron? I would greatly appreciate it. Again nice job. Thanks
This is exactly what i'm looking for.. But i need some help with the process before the carving section.. Which program and settings you used for designing and carving? Thanks in advance.. My best..
Thank you, I am using Fusion 360, CAD and CAM, I can’t help you with the settings as every machine is different, my advice is to use very slow feed rate and no more than 0.2 mm for finishing details. Good luck 👍
@@TheWoodCrafter1 thank you for clearing that for me sir. I love all the videos that i have watched this far. And i'm sure to continue for quite some time to come. Thank you🙏
I go 14k spindle revolutions and for feed I go very very slow, that also depends on the machine you have, the depth of cut for small bits is no more than 0.007 inch 🤔
There are many companies that are specialized in making these with very affordable prices, Google branding irons and you should find them! I am sorry I don’t make such commercially.
Great job on that branding iron, Rasim!!!!!!!!!..............Cheers, Jim
Thank you Jim, your first comment on my channel out of Lumber Jocks !!appreciate it 🤝👍
