- Calls for criminal charges against the City of Cape Town are intensifying over the deteriorating condition of staircases in municipal flats on the Cape Flats. The National Coloured Congress says this is an impending disaster.

I stay in the flats of Ocean View and this same area has an issue with an RDP area in the area. I'm currently staying in one bedroom apartment, with 3 kids,and I was suppose to get an RDP as a dependent, currently 8 years no title deeds. DA shame 😢0
Take DA to court for a change, they supposed to be the best at service delivery. At least the street looks clean.
