Has anyone noticed that each side always makes every issue a partisan one, even if they agree the other side always changes position to oppose the other side and fight, to the point that it becomes a vindictive issue between the respective parties of Congress and Senate to the fact that both forget about the people they are there to serve and don't care about a favorable outcome but must somehow cause a negative result for the people the other side represents
