Y'know... for a guy who was complaining a month or so ago that he might not have anything more to say, you've been comin' up with some decent content. You're one of the best things in Florida. Thanks.
I wish the knowledge of "knowing I have enough" hit me much earlier in life. My Italian mother tried to instill that in me but I was a stubborn little shit...moms know best.
So about two months ago for the first time in my 60 years on this earth I won a raffle! One of the online bike shop was engaged in an email address collection raffle with 100 prizes. So I gave them my address and I was delighted to receive an email from them about a week later titled: "You are a winner!", I opened it all excited to discover that I'd won the only non bike part in the list - a two man tent! And my camping days are long gone.
The Author Dennis Miller wrote my go to “breath book” title: Free your breath,Free your life. I’m Paraphrasing him :The key is being present to our breathing and using inner attention, as the inhalations and exhalations take place by themselves. 👍 micro dose . Enjoy the ride.
About 30 years ago I was given a lottery ticket for filling up my gas tank and won $5. The cashier was surprised I put it towards my gas purchase and not lottery tix. Other than that I won a cheap, stove top wok about 40 years ago. Thanks for sharing your thought’s Chris!
regarding movement - I've seen the lack of it and how it negatively impacted my parents as they have aged. This is one of the reasons I try to get on the pedals and participate in 5k/10k runs as much as possible. Gotta keep moving....
But…WHEN is enough, enough?!!🤣🤣🤣. MMD is ALWAYS enough to kickstart my week! I’m looking forward to the details on the “life is movement”…movement😬. Thanks for the “Comfort Crisis” recommendation! Great read. I’ll definitely “check out the link below” for the new one!
I jammed up Apple’s ecosystem trying to gift some of my friends and family with this book…or it could’ve been just “operator error” on my part🤣. Great thoughts on our ideas of fitness…and hunting game in the Alaskan wild!

I think every week should start out with a little Kurt Vonnegut. Maybe that’s just me?
Also, motion is lotion. I like that quote too
Oh my Goodness, what a magnificent way to end the episode on👍🏼👊🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 🤯🤯🤯🤯
Keep up with the book suggestions. I just finished "The Comfort Crisis". Extreme but point well taken.
Great story!
Oh man, that's on point! You have to experiment in life! Try, fail, learn!

So, you won an opportunity to support someone else's camping dreams?
That would be my kind of luck.
@@mechanicaldavid4827 Nope. It's the only thing I ever one, so it stays with me ;-)
