This game had one of the most immersive first missions when playing in coop. I remember playing with my older brother. I would have to wait in the cell as he made his way to save me. All I could do was distract the guards and hope for the best. While in today's standards this would be seen as boring I found it captivating as a kid.
Used to play this with my brothers 20 years ago now one is deceased and the other two don't even talk to me like that anymore really miss the days of trying to beat missions before school😓
Wish they'd remaster good games like this during my original xbox years this series was my favorite game along side of Def jam fight for NY its shame the company stopped making games
gamingjake123 j Games were way better before micro transactions. Seems like games have gotten better graphics with worse game play now days to me. Campaigns and stories in games just leave an empty feeling now when I beat them.
@@jonjones3673 I totally agree! I hate the games now and days I feel like get nothing out of them when I best them but this game made me want to play it more and more , over and over
I forgotten the name of this game for all my life. For years it was mixed with SOCOM Us navy seals in my memory due to the similar team based gameplay. Today I happily rediscover another team based gem.
Such great games. I love these old team-based shooters. SOCOM 1, 2, and Combined Assault, and CD:DS 1, 2, and Conflict: Vietnam are some of my favorite squad-based games. The first two Brothers In Arms were really good, too. Old games are so much better, proving as usual, that graphics don't mean a thing as long as the gameplay's tight!
Man, wish they had a remake for this for ps4. The exact same too, not even different except maybe more levels. Played it when I was like 5-6 and I'm almost 20 now but still think about this game
My friend and I used to play this game late night on the weekends. Some of the best times gaming when we were younger. This had to be early 2000s maybe around 2004 or 2005? Loved this game.
First shooting game my innocent self played, and it really felt like a open world. I remember finding this, and then immediately wanted cod waw, crying for that shit
I'm a veteran of this particular conflict (we termed it Operation Granby - not as catchy as Desert Storm I suppose). Thirty year anniversary next year. Quite surreal to play a game many years later set in the same theatre of war.
Too bad there were no one man army operations then. It was just airstrike them to shit, and roll over their positions with Abrams en masse. Where on the front were you in the beginning of the war? :o
This game had the best multiplayer mechanics ever ! It was the best coop experience I had in my life (Online ones don’t get even close) and it’s a shame how sequel after sequel it simply started loosing those special mechanics one by one till the counter reached “zero”
This game was so good back when i was a kid, i ended up buying Desert Storm II, Vietnam and Global Conflict as well. liked all of them and the coop was great
omg! so much memories, playing this with my brother co-cop mode! 😭 This was the game that shape our play style whenever we play any game. now we're mostly into mmo's. but when i say shape. its because i was always a sniper and him the guy that bust the door rofl. and it just stick since, i would be a long range player, archer/gunner in mmo and he would always be a warrior or some sort.
Desert Storm and Desert storm 2 were the absolute shit. Split screen co-op on a small tv with my cousin (RIP) after school on a Friday night? I wish I could experience that again.
I love this game, I am from Kuwait and this is really funny the Iraqi talks in Egyptian dialect, also the Amir of Kuwait is wearing ghetra is so funny.
Just downloaded the same emulator and looking at videos of old games I use to play. It’s crazy seeing the graphics now and thinking it was so HD back then 😂
This game was awesome, I remember having to replay it from the beginning every time with my neighborhood friend because he didn’t have a storage card 😂 it was so long ago it’s a vague memory
Me and my brother used to play this. We didnt understand english that much back in the day. It was an amazing feeling figuring out how to get a new weapon (used to press everything on the keyboard) and also learning the mission objective and how to finally plant the c4 😂😂😂❤
I loved this game so much as a kid. Never owned it but rented it from blockbuster at least 10 times. Probably had my mom spend more money renting it that many times than just buying it lmfao
Thank you for making this video 6 months ago to know people still play this game I was born a day before it was released and I've played it since I was able to till now I still play this amazing game way better than fucking fortnite (( 9/12/02
There was always something weirdly fun about playing these games and games like full spectrum warrior when I was a child whilst the Iraq war was going on. It was kind of like playing fifa while the football season was happening. Obviously my brain wasn't the same as it is now so I never really fully understood what was going on
I've been wanting to play this game again for the last 20-22 years. I'm a dipshit when it comes to emulators, so I'm going to have to buy a PS2 and order the game after watching this video.. Damn it, I knew this video would cost me money lol.
Higher resolution and anti aliasing that naturally comes with better technology. It is also being run on PSX2, which has options for improving graphical fidelity. Such as decompressing textures.
I remember playing this game as a kid with my dad. We had so much fun playing it. Thanks for the memories, Dad.
Bro same here but with my uncle, the memories are crazy
the alarms take me back so hard
most real comment
Same haven't played this in forever, those tanks were scary as hell
this needs a remake, i love this game
This game was definitely before it’s time
way better than CoD
Imagine a remake with Tarkov style.
I love all the conflicts one of the best army games that in dynasty 3
The entire conflict series needs a remake
Split screen was so good, the amount of times Jones was sacrificed to take out a tank.
Jones was always sacrificed 😂😂

Ton's of fond memories playing this Co-op at a friends house
Bro I had exactly the same experience, so cool in coop.
Me as Connors dying and waiting in patience while my brother Foley trying to revive me under enemy fire. Whar a fond memories
Same thing happened to me, we would always die by the time we got the guy in the prison out, still a load of fun!
Same
This game as a kid was pure 10/10 happiness man.....
It's a shame these games seem forgotten. They were really good.
Good games get forgotten imagine bringing this back to a woke generation that's why this will stay nostalgia
I’ve been trying to remember this game for so long!!!! This was my favorite!
I just found it after 6 years of searching XD
This game was so ahead of its time. I used to spend hours planning and preparing to go through each mission with the whole team.
Used to play this with my brothers 20 years ago now one is deceased and the other two don't even talk to me like that anymore really miss the days of trying to beat missions before school😓
this game brings back memories. i used to play it with my dad who actually served in desert storm
I remember my dad buying me this game at GameStop back in the day Jesus time flies 😭
It was my first game ever bought, in 2005 at a newsstand... Nice memories

Absolutely loved this game I think this was my favorite game I’ve played in my entire lifetime. Between this and MGS series.

if this game was remastered 90s kids would go nutzzzz
I remember having such a hard time beating this game with a friend as a kid lol. Super immersive back then. The music still slaps funnily.
I remember how my father used to played this and sometimes my brother and I played together
He enjoyed this very much
i wish more shooters would have this kind of aiming mechanic it felt so fluid while shooting
I played the heck out of this game back in the day!
i remember every inch from this mission... good memories

Back when games were good. I loved all of the conflict games. They do need to remake this.
This game was ahead of its time. Loved the storyline and everything else about it
My all-time favourite. They need to do a remake
Or you could watch cesartriple7 😰👍🏻
That tank used to be a problem for me as a kid.
Yes for ne too
What an absolute throwback. That intro alone reignited all the long lost memories I had of this game
First shooting game my innocent self played, and it really felt like a open world. I remember finding this, and then immediately wanted cod waw, crying for that shit
An absolute classic. I played this game soo much when i was a kid.
I'm a veteran of this particular conflict (we termed it Operation Granby - not as catchy as Desert Storm I suppose). Thirty year anniversary next year. Quite surreal to play a game many years later set in the same theatre of war.
Glad you made it out of there. Best wishes from Germany.
Too bad there were no one man army operations then. It was just airstrike them to shit, and roll over their positions with Abrams en masse.
Where on the front were you in the beginning of the war? :o
Conflict Desert Storm II was where the big fun was. That first mission was amazing.
I liked the 6th mission in Conflict Desert Storm II a lot!
Who is still here in 2024 😢, this game is now memories

Kitni bhi baar dekhu game kabhi purana nahi ho sakta isse meri yaadein judi hai😢
One of the best game on ps2 love playing as a sniper
I always play this game when I go to my uncle’s house. Brings back the childhood memories😊
My best friend and I played this game when it came out. Our run was legendary. Ended up beating the last level with dry guns completely out of ammo.
I loved this game back in the day ! Picked the SAS most of the time.
i choose delta force over the SAS because the american camo works best
I remember playing this on my regular xbox growing up, miss those Times man
This game was such a big part of my childhood even tho I never got passed the 3rd mission 😅
Use to be one of my favourite game ......old times 💯❤👍
This game had the best multiplayer mechanics ever ! It was the best coop experience I had in my life (Online ones don’t get even close) and it’s a shame how sequel after sequel it simply started loosing those special mechanics one by one till the counter reached “zero”

This and the getaway were my favourite games on ps2
