This great skin reminded of a story. During the war in north east Bosnia one serb 50cal in some woods was harassing the Croat line. After some time the croats got annoyed and called in a PRAGA to silent the mg. PRAGA showed up and not just silenced the mg but also cut down the forest where it was firing from.
M53/59 Praga was Czechoslovak self-propelled anti-aircraft gun developed in the late 1950s. It consists of a heavily modified Praga V3S six-wheel drive truck chassis, armed with a twin 30 mm AA autocannon mounted on the rear for which the vehicle typically carries 900 rounds of ammunition. also my gosh that thing is monster . I knocked my hip out of socket when I was a kid. 20 years later my right foot pointed to far out so the doctor had to break my femer up close to my hip and turn my leg back in 15° so that my foot would point straight again. Then he had to rebuild my hip and socket. When Jim says it's the most painful he's not bullshiting. I've never felt pain like that and I've had 6 back surgeries with several fusions. Stick better beware before he goes into the femer breaker!
BTW, Bo, had it not been for this channel with all the great members of TBLF I never would have gotten through so many surgeries. I'm fully disabled now and spend a lot of time on UA-cam. Both of my daughter's love your channel and it's something we can do together to watch a new Bo Time video. We especially love the Human Fall Flat episodes. Please keep it up and thank you for everything.
This team's chemistry and communication is second only to the level of chaos they bring to the battlefield! Great video, guys! One thing I can confirm this video is Jim is less drunk than a typical Russian tank commander.
The praga was used in bosnian and Croatian homedefense war you can see by the insignia on the front of the truck(the Croatian chesboard) my uncle actualy manned one of these machines
"The system is optically aimed and can only be used effectively during the day with good weather conditions. The gun can be dismounted and used independently of the vehicle." Czech practicality.
The M53/59, known as Praga PLDvK vz. 53/59-"Ještěrka" (Praga twin-cannon AA Model 53/59 "Lizard") in Czech, is an ex-Czechoslovak SPAA built from the chassis of a Praga V3S truck with a pair of 30 mm ZK453 autocannon onboard. Although this truck was designed and manufactured at the dawn of supersonic jets, these 30 mm cannons did provide devastating firepower against light targets. The truck didn't see action in Czechoslovakia (and their successor states) but combat records in both South Europe and Africa reflect its combat capability at support fire operations. One of the newcomers of the Update "Sky Guardians" and part of the Soviet tech tree, it not only doubled its firepower over its Soviet counterparts, but also has a high rate of fire against any possible aerial targets or armoured targets which happen to show their sides. It has more than enough penetration at its rank to tear them down with ease; but players would still have to conserve ammo as 100 shells per load (50 per magazine) with a rather long reload time could possibly be a death sentence to the truck. Sneak up and flank unaware enemies or find a spot and conceal yourself, then unleash bullet storm upon them when they show their sides. Or you could try the Bo way…
Bo and Jim rushing towards A at 3:34 has me thinking of Jim saying Up an Over in his "British" accent. Even though he doesn't do it I can totally see him doing it XD
The truck this "thing" is based on; u can still find them in many European (not just ex-Czechoslovakian) utility depos' backyard, junkyards, and at the back of macine-shops, rusting away, usually with a crane.
7:10 Sturmlings comment here about Stickboy made me laugh really really hard and I suddenly realised that I watch way to many of Bo's videos: "I know them all to well." 😂
The top-tier ground vehicle for this year's crafting event isn't a Leopard variant. It's the QN-506, a Chinese equivalent of the BMP Terminator. Also, the air vehicle is the A-7K Corsair II.
*Begin Transmission* Day 12 here in the wilderness of War Thunder. I am starting to believe that things are changing around here. I have gotten in CQB levels of close when it comes to witnessing some of the combat. That has nearly ended me in both the armor and air departments. Luckily, documenting the action was the least of my issues. One Big German Cat mistook me for one of those April Fools soldiers, and tried to shoot me. Thankfully I was too quick for it to catch me. . . . . . . This time. Bo, and TBLF for that matter, make sure you see these messages. We need a pack of trained T26E4 Super Pershing’s to deal with these wild animals. *End Transmission*
This thing never needed to be added, I mean Russia is not the nation that needs SPAA. BTW I NEED A VIDEO WITH YOU GUYS doing a wall of Ferdinand's or jagdpanthers
I broke my left femur and spiraled my right tibia where it was facing backward. The femur was way more painful. I didn't even notice any pain but my femur.
honestly bo, when you ask sturms and stick and jim for help, what did you REALLY expect holy crud, jim got heckin dark Bo the builder, can he fix it? No, no he cant Bo, i think you need HR Seems like a fun little truck comrade Cheers to Stick, Jim and Sturmling!!!
The start of the video had me thinking: When you ask your “experienced” off-roading friends to take you for your first off-roading experience and need help.
Loved the video @Bo Time Gaming! Can't wait for the next video of War Thunder man! You should try the French AMX-30 or the Soviet ASU-85! That's going to be some Really good fun LMAO!
I like the old Croatian shield at the front of this thing. Havent played WT for a while so im guessing that you put it there and its not a thing thats there by default?
That truck seems very overpowered... The fact that it has two autocannons that can easily pen the mantelet of a Panther and apparently a Tiger feels illegal for that BR.
In my opinion I feel like people have just looked at the aa in the soviet tree and just say this isn't needed be cause of the amount of aa they get which is dumb. The gaz quad maxim and dshk are mostly just meme trucks, the btr is good, the single and dual 25mm trucks are just used for memes or AT as the suspension is too bouncy for aa duties most of the time, the zsu-37 is just AT that is sometimes used for AA from what I have seen, the zut is a premium, the praga is decent, the zsu-57-2 is just AT, the zsu 23-4 and 37-2 are good and the 2s6 and pantsir I have no experience in but have heard they do the job. Up until higher brs the Russians get a good aa and a couple that one could probably use well. This is my opinion based on usage of the vehicles and hearing others opinions
What vehicle would you be interested in seeing put on the channel soon? We need ideas for later this week!
Do the typhoon its funny.
The Finnish Vickers Mark E.
a m22 swarm would be funny
You should try the Ro go in a line up of Japanese naval gun vehicles.

Jim is a joy as usual. And autocannons are scary if you get a weak spot in armor.

This thing is such an awesome SPAA. I’m so glad you guys did a video on it!
I feel like Bo is slowly losing his mind when he plays warthunder with these guys😂
The first scene of the video is just messin with BO and then it just cuts to a threat of breaking femurs. I love this channel for this reason
