I used to work down there and see his house on the water down in Oyster Bay in the summer time they had some crazy parties down there but are used to pass this Museum all the time sometimes it would be open to the public I never went in it sad to say

AC/DC was my first ever concert. I was just a kid, and I knew right there and then that my life would never be the same again. I remember sitting in my mom’s car on the way home being fully aware that this had been a life changing moment. Thank you Brian!

Holy shit Brian...My very first motorcycle was a BSA 125 also. I was 12 years old, and managed to get it running by myself, with endless attempts dropping the clutch on a hill in our backyard, while messing with point gap and such! She didn't have the sidecar when I found her though...sadly!

Sounds like the old (albeit just awesome) BSA treated the UK riders similarly to us Canadians with the original Ski-Doo snowmobiles! Quit working constantly but still managed to get em started eventually! The beers and cold I believe added extra insensitive for us nonetheless! lol Thanks for doing this! I’ve got a 1993 FLHS I bought overseas through military sales. New motor. Original install sticker on the front fender. 78 K miles.. This bike is totally worthy of showroom history. It came out before the Road King.
Love it!! Now there is one shop I wouldn’t mind digging around in. The bikes mightn’t always be original but it still looks like a cool collection and ever running into these to fellas would be a bonus.

First Harley Davidson i ever saw in the flesh was Brian's Electra Glide which was on display in a motorcycle dealers on Westgate Hill,Newcastle in the early 80's. Harleys were rare in the UK back then,and to anyone used with japanese bikes it looked so huge and cumbersome.

First Harley Davidson i ever saw in the flesh was Brian's Electra Glide which was on display in a motorcycle dealers on Westgate Hill,Newcastle in the early 80's.
Harleys were rare in the UK back then,and to anyone used with japanese bikes it looked so huge and cumbersome.
