wow, looks like you've been busy. An idea on the crooked pipe, method I've used is to heat with a heat gun and bend straight, better than the boot coupling. you sure have a lot of plumbing in that big house.
Busy is an understatement! And it is a lot of plumbing, I don't want to mess with pex or PVC for awhile now.
