- I rebuild my 3.5 Year Old electric bike Battery by replacing a bad cell. I also added a Neey to it to rebalance the 13 rows of cells. This e bike battery has been tested for over an year now with no problems.

Ever think of working with Electric Cars? You could replace bad cells in older cars and make them new again.
I met a retired electrical engineer last week. He got the job with his soldering skills and Ham radio.
He said that the enemy of lithium batteries is heat.
Any chance of you adding liquid cooling to your batteries, since you use them in extreme heat.
Fortunately, my Fiat liquid cools it battery pack, like Tesla's for reduced degradation. 👍
Would love to make a EV car. Just need more funding! The ebike batteries never get to the point where water cooling would be needed. I have ran into the problem of being to cold. Some tours I bring the batteries into the tent to keep them a bit warmer.
With charging they do get a bit warmer when pushing the charge amps high.
@@Eric_Tennant , I found a video of a CNC water cooled pump. If you had a chance to see your EV battery temperature during the Summer, I think that it would be beyond 115F. My EcoFlow Delta 2 cuts its input when the internal temperature reaches 115F, even though ambient temperature is just 85F.

In reference to an EV, I was thinking that you could get an old beat up EV that had a bad battery pack, so you could tear it apart and replace the bad cells like your Ebike battery. The OBD 2 data link might help diagnosing the bad cells, but I am not sure.
